Just returned from Celebrity Infinity, cruised 6/22 - 6/29/12. Arrived in Seattle the night before (very late) so we stayed at the Fairfield (Marriott) by the airport. Free shuttle, came in 10 minutes and we used points. After breakfast we hopped on the Seattle Shuttle for $12.00 per person to get us to the pier. We arrived by 11:15 am, met our friends and completed the check in process very quickly and efficiently. Had a lovely lunch in the spa cafe (fresh fish and salads) since we did not want to deal with crowds. We figured we would have plenty of time to eat at the buffet.

The ship itself is lovely...don't know what it looked like before...but for the most part very clean. My only complaint was in the spa bathroom...the toilet brush was just sitting next to the toilet. It bothered me the entire week since we spent alot of time in the spa area with pool/hot tubs and cafe. Our room 8103 in concierge was wonderful. Very clean, our attendant was wonderful. We wanted a cheese plate instead of the canapes, it was delivered every day with fruit, fresh water, ice and wine glasses. We also asked for different pillows, he brought them immediately. My husbands electric razor broke midweek, and he brought us 2 disposable razors and shaving cream. Whenever we saw him, he always asked if there was anything else we needed. Whenever you pass anyone in the halls, they always smile and say hello, and ask how you are. Luggage fits under the bed (it was very comfortable)and plenty of storage in the bathroom. Between the drawer space and big closet...plenty of space to keep everything organized and neat. Since we were traveling with 3 other couples, we alternated having cocktails in our room so I liked to keep it neat. You are allowed to bring 2 bottles of wine per room so we took advantage of that. Between the wine the travel agent sent, we were not lacking in wine. We would fill our wine glasses before we left for the Trellis for dinner, waiters at the door would carry it in for us. We found the service to be wonderful. Our head waiter was wonderful, attentive immediately to the many requests we had every night. The only glitch we had was the first night that our party of 8 was not seated together even though the travel agents assured us we were all linked together. It was resolved by the second night by the wonderful young woman in Trellis (don't remember her name).

Entertainment was fine. The comedian Fred was excellent, the aerialists were wonderful, the magician was also good (I hate magic, but my husband enjoyed it). The musical numbers were boring. Brent Nixon (naturalist) was wonderful, very animated and very well versed. We went to the "Dancing with the Stripes", entertaining. Listened to some of the musicians around the ship, they were all wonderful. We looked at the dailies and highlighted some things..but mostly we relaxed on the lounge chairs in the spa area. I used the treadmill, it was too windy and wet to use the track. Someone who just wrote a review complaining about not knowing about the brunch in the Trellis....it was right on the daily info sheet. You have to read it carefully! I actually brought a yellow highlighter to mark the things we wanted to do. Also, magnets to hang things on the back of the door and some sticky notes to leave notes for our attendant. I was glad to have these few things.

Cabin Review

Cabin CC

8103 was mid ship. We did not hear anything!!! Plenty of closet space, and plenty of bathroom storage. Nice balcony.
