Terrible!!!!!! I have cruised before many times and never had such lousy service!!! I have cruised with Carnival before and had a wonderful time, but this time was just awful!

We decided to take our children on this cruise so we signed them up for Camp Carnival which is supposed to entertain the children for certain hours of the day (our cruise 10:00am-12:00pm and 10:00p.m.-3:00am) of course for a price of $6.00 per hour $4.00 for additional children and $26.00, and $14.00 for additional children for the pajama party which my children attended the second night. My children are 7,4 and 15 months. When we went to pick them up we asked did you like it? "No! We hated it Mom!" "They were rude to us, we asked what time is it? and she said "If you want to know what time it is you should wear a watch." Now I'm sure my children asked more than once and yes that can be nerve racking ( In talking with other parents I found the same type of situation so that just confirmed what my children were saying was in fact true), I also used the babysitting service for my toddler and left him from 12:00p.m.-2:00p.m. I arrived at exactly 12:00p.m. and was asked to wait (15 min.) until the other children were picked up. "I said no problem." Dropped my son off at 12:15pm and went on my way. When I returned to pick my son up I was about #7 in line and the pager went off to notify me it was time to pick him up. I was now #3 in line when the women rudely said to me "you're 10 min. late" and I explained to her that I was in line waiting and that I did not think it appropriate to cut the line (they should have two lines drop off and pick up). The part that annoys me is that I had to wait 15 min. patiently to drop him off but they can't wait 10 min. to pick him up. I explained that to the women and I must say I was rude and she said she would not argue with me so I in turn said I will be notifying your manager. The manager called me very promptly and said she was very sorry for any inconvenience. The manager was very nice, and I explained to her that I was is no way looking for anything such as a refund I just wanted her to know that she may want to consider a different job for their camp carnival employee. I was very satisfied with the timely response I received from the camp carnival manger.

Now on to our waiter 1st. night we did not make it to dinner because we did not receive our luggage until 9:00 p.m. 2nd night the waiter rudely "said where were you last night." I explained but I guess he wasn't too happy (now mind you we have already prepaid our tips the recommended amount for 5 people including our 15 month old.
