I have read so many bad reviews about this ship before I booked it thinking maybe people were just being picky....But they were RIGHT!

We have cruised 3 times before this one and found this to be the worse ship ever. The food and service were so bad that I could not imagine. It seemed like they did not have enough crew and most of them did not even care to work. I was in the buffet restaurant at 8:45 a.m., and found one of the 3 omelett stations was already closed. One passenger asked for more blueberry muffins and found out there were no more (Cruise ship running out of food...Never happened with other cruise ships). There foods/desserts were so grose. They charge you a fee if you eat between 12:00 a.m and 5:00 a.m. They even charge for cappucino. There was no formal night on this cruise ship. The wait time at Skyline and Liberty restaurants was horrible. If you eat between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., you are looking to wait between 20-40 minutes. Some of the bathroom's floors were wet without any signs and no one seemed to care to clean them.

We thought this ship was a rip off. You pay so much for NOTHING. There was nothing on this ship. No casino, entertainment was just average, food was horrible, teribble service, no formal night, short on crew/staff. The excursions were good, but very expensive. I do not think it's worth paying over $1000.00 per person for cruising plus excursions fees. As a travel agent, I could get a better deal with excursions for less. If you are planning to go on this ship just for excursions, then this ship is for you. If you are looking for great food, better service, fun ship, then choose a different ship.

Cabin Review

Obstructed Oceanview

We had 2 obstructed oceanview rooms and they were nice. The rooms were connected which were helpful.
