This was my first cruise and a great one to be on. The drive up to Baltimore from Central Virginia (Chesterfield, VA 3 hours exactly) was pleasant and traffic was at a minimum. The kid's first site of the ship was WOW. My cruise aboard anything but a US Naval vessel looked to be truly nice. Check in was fairly quick and we walked right on board the ship. Everything inside the ship was beautiful from sitting at the bar to walking around the decks getting use to the ship.

Everyone was really nice to us and spoke to the Raven/Davis every place we went. The room was nice and the balcony was big and room to sit. The pull down bunk was something both kids enjoyed and they rotated each day sleeping on it. The room was kept clean during the cruise by Eka (great guy) an asset to Carnival

Cabin Review

Cabin 8G

Great balcony, a little noisy during the day as we were directly under Lido Deck but who cares during the day. Beds comfortable, nice size closets, bathroom nicely equiped. Staff was very friendly and curtious.
