This cruise turned out to be a great disappointment. The only thing I remember is waiting, - waiting to be served in the dining room, waiting to be tendered to the shore, waiting to be served in a Lounge, etc. And it is not just a waiting for the "normal" 20-30 minutes; I am talking about 1-4 hours. The weather was a major player, we had 2 days of sun, and a wind was quite strong (moderate/strong breeze or moderate gala) all the way. The cruise staff had NOTHING to adjust the situation.

Background - We a family of 3 who physically and mentally active with 16 years old son. Both of us work very hard to make our living. Our son is a sophomore in HS. It was our first cruise from US grounds. We traveled with my in-laws who are in early 60-ties and like to lay back.

Embarkation - We hardly made it due to bus problem. Our bus driver parked the bus in a wrong location, so we spent about 40 minutes sitting and waiting to be allowed to the ship. As soon we got off the bus, the customs process went quite fast, and in 10 minutes we were on the ship. When we got on the ship, no-one was greeting us and we had no idea where we should go. After 20 minutes someone finally showed up and directed us to the elevators. Instead of 4:00 p.m. the ship left the port at 4:50 p.m. It was smooth.
