Embarkation: Arrived @ 2 PM; lots of standing in line here & there. The decor is OK. I hear it's going to be re-furbished this fall. My cabin (interior) was fine. Nice little bathroom; great shower.

Food in cafeteria was pretty good. Wonderful deserts including the best key lime pie I've ever had. There are no trays so it isn't always easy to get your food and drink before sitting down. Had a wonderful salad every day: variety of lettuces + toppings including toasted pumpkin seeds. Dinner in the Platinum restaurant (late, fixed)was a joy every night. The menus look like they come from a greasy spoon, but it was mis-leading 'cause it was fine dining. The dishes were inventive, beautifully garnished and delicious! Service at our table for 2 was excellent. I could live without seeing the waiters dance.

Lido/Outdoor are: Didn't have good weather on our 2 sea days, so didn't spend all that much time there. Did enjoy the outdoor movie screen where I took in Rod Stewart & Tina Turner concerts. Was happy to find the Serenity area (for adults) with the comfy lounges, hammocks and such.

Music 'till 12 MN every night as I was over the Camel Club casino. Awakened every morning @ 6:45 by the steward's cart going over the hump in the hallway. B A M.
