Maasdam cruise 4/16/2012 - 4/27/2012 Southern Caribbean
DH and I had a wonderful time on this cruise. While the Maasdam is showing her age a bit (so am I :-) she remains a beautiful ship! As an added plus it was a great honor to have the opportunity to meet many cruise critic members/friends!!

Verandah Suite
Our stateroom was a bit compact but clean. Balcony not so clean, but it was fine. Our room stewards were wonderful and very accommodating. Loved the balcony at the aft. There was apparent vibration and movement felt however we did not find it to be bothersome. Deck chairs being placed on deck around 6am were also heard but we like to start our day(s) early so we actually found that to be a benefit. Cabin was also a bit "squeaky." Bathroom was small - closets ok but we travel heavy. Keeping organized is a must.
