The cruise departs Penang calling at Krabi and Phuket and then returns to Penang. We took a junior suite for the trip and although not the cheapest option you get what you pay for and in this case it was first class service throughout the trip. From getting on board to departing everything was so well organised that things just happened! The staff are all so incredibly attentive and friendly, the facilities although old are still of a very high order. Dress code especially for the Gala Dinner night can be a bit of a challenge but long sleeved shirt, tie, slacks are more than acceptable for men and something elegant for ladies.shore excursions are available but we did our own thing based on the information and recommendations from the crew and information handouts you get each day giving you what is on offer for the next 24 hours. An incredibly run operations that is smooth and effective putting the passenger's requirements to the fore.

the downside- finding enough information to make an informed choice if you live outside Asia but well worth persevering.
