We just returned from a 7 nite cruise from NYC on the Norwegian Jewel to Florida/Bahamas. What a great time!! first off, if you have teenagers, there is no other way to go!!! All I have to say is, WOW. Something for them to do from 9am till 1am. Helped it was spring break, of course.

We took a bus from Braintree Ma to NYC Dock, we would never do that again, ride was too long, bus uncomfortable and stopped way too much. Also, keep in mind, of this is the way you go, ship docks at 7am, need to be out of cabin by 9 am, off ship by 10am, and bus doesn't come till 1 PM.

First nite was freezing on ship, as was the next day, kind of a bummer,, but should have expected that as we were leaving from NYC.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Deck 11, room 11090. Great room, balcony. Bed for me was so comfy, kids couch that opened to bed, very hard, but they never complained? There is also a thick, curtain you can pull to separate the rooms, it's great. Mimi suite is perfect for couple or family of 4. Wendell our steward was beyond exceptional! He was so happy and always went out of his way for us.
