I booked this cruise almost a year ago and have been watching it daily and reading the reviews. From our experience if you had a bad cruise on this ship it may have been your attitude because we never experienced the concerns addressed by other cruisers. Were there lines - yes, there are always lines on cruise ships for food and such. I found the lines to be opportunities to meet other cruisers and talk with Carnival staff who were ALWAYS pleasant. If you are nice to them they are at their best. I heard people complain and I think they probably always complain. One passenger complained that they did not have home grown tomatoes. Exactly where would they put a vegetable garden? We never had problems with food, service, finding chairs, etc.

The dinners were unbelievable. You must try Prime Steakhouse. For $30.00 per person it is truly a value for the exceptional experience. Hint - reserve your spot on your embarkation date and you get a free bottle of wine. Also reserve ahead to insure your spot. It was full the entire cruise. We had lunch at Cucina de Capitano - awesome and free at lunch. You can also do dinner reservations ahead for this. The RED FROG PUB is a blast. The beer is fantastic but ask for a Dirty Mojito as well. Eric and the group were so much fun. You can also get some great food made with Conch (PRONOUNCED KONK) for snacks or even light meals.. Every meal, pizza and burrito we ate was out of this world.

SPECIAL PROPS to Viktoryia in Piano Bar. She is unbelievable at customer service and can whip up a martini. Be sure to try the sampler. My personal favorite was the Chipolte Martini. She can make anything very well. Junior and his team took excellent care of our state room and always remembered our name. SO POLITE and accomodating.

Tons of storage. The ship did very little rocking and the bathrooms seem larger. We did the Cloud 9 Spa upgrade and liked the close proximity to the Cloud 9 Spa with it being only one floor up.
