The Good
Embarkation one of the smoothest experiences we have had getting on a cruise ship
The Ship was very clean and did not appear weathered
Stateroom was great and well maintained by the attendant
Dining room staff was excellent
The Bad
First the crew seemed to be dragging and unenthused for the first two days
The children's pool slide was closed for most of the cruise, to include an unplanned sea day due to weather in Costa Maya
The Safari room, with connecting game room, was constantly closed off for 'private events".Before I get into the good and bad on our recent spring break cruise on the Jewel, want to say upfront RCI WAS my favorite cruise line.
