"Staff was extremely friendly, Food was good, but limited offerings at buffet, I hesitate to call it "cruise lite", but the entertaiment was very good, on deck movies, no shortage of entertainment and shows. No lines, No waiting, Easy access to Dining and Entertainment, Casinos, Etc...."Read More

Fantastic Cruise even if CoCo was a NoNo!

This was my return to Royal Caribbean after the closure, and having done an MSC Cruise the month before, was interested to see the differences in how things were run. Solo cruising this time, as I usually do. Embarkation was super smooth and fast. I had an 11:30 board time, got there about 10min early with no issue and longest I waited was about 10min for vaccine/test verification outside the ...

Great cruise

We really needed this cruise and returned the most relaxed in a long time! Covid protocols politely enforced and followed. Dining areas basically sat every other table. Boarding and disembarking smoothest ever - less than 30 minutes each! There were about 2000 guests. Food was delicious and better compared to previous cruise on Freedom of the Seas. However, we did walk out of Grease. It was not ...

I was pensive about the Pandimic regulations but was surprised at the ease and fluidity of the process from onboarding to debarkation. The lower occupancy rate led to a tremendous experience service wise. No lines, No waiting, Easy access to Dining and Entertainment, Casinos, Etc. Staff was extremely friendly, Food was good, but limited offerings at buffet, I hesitate to call it "cruise lite", ...

We chose this cruise because it was a nine day, sailed from Galveston, and we had never been on this ship. We have sailed on 25 cruises with four cruise lines. This cruise was special because we have not been able to do much since March 2020. The embarkation, disembarkation and muster drill were AWESOME. Appointments for embarkation made it less stressful and very organized. Disembarkation ...

We had four cruises cancelled in 2020 and 2021 so this was our first since the Pandemic. Everyone over the age of 12 was vaccinated and I was very impressed with the protocols. We have been on over 25 Royal Caribbean cruises so know the types of activities they usually have on board. The ship was running at 50% capacity so there were no big lines or waiting for elevators. It was a relaxed ...

After having 4 booked cruises that were cancelled in the past year we were so happy to resume cruising. We celebrated my husband's Birthday on RCCL Independence of Seas and enjoyed every moment. Originally we booked a Balcony but we put a bid in for a Junior Suite when we received the Royal Up offer and we got it and it was totally worth it. The Crew and Officers were amazing and they were also ...

This was our annual organizations cruise and we were not informed till about the day before that we were not going to our original destinations, Labadee and Falmouth but to Nassau and Coco Cay. I don't care for Nassau and that's not where I prefer to go. We had no choice. They told us it was due to the weather, though in hindsight it seems like that was not really the case but that Jamaica ...

This was our first time sailing this cruise line and I would have to say that value wise I rate it close to the top after 7 cruises. We are looking into a family cruise with grown children and grandchildren with Royal Caribbean in the near future. Embarkation went extremely smoothly, fast and efficient; the least painful of any cruise we have taken. Disembarkation was good, there was ...

First and LAST time with Royal Caribbean

This was my 6th cruise, my 1st with Royal Caribbean and definitely my LAST with them. The check in process went fairly well until we were told to wait to board in 3 different areas by 3 different people. We never were sure that we were where we needed to be. Once on board, I immediately noticed the cleanliness or lack thereof. It was obvious that attention to detail was missing here. The ...

Dear potential, or currently booked Royal Caribbean guest, My original cruise itinerary was changed from a 3 day Bahama to a 5 day Mexican because of Hurricane Dorian last year, we couldn't get the extra time off, so Royal offered no refund, but rather future cruise credit that had to be booked and used within a year. It took several phone calls and emails to Royal "Executive Offices" before ...
