My nephew had a break at school so my sister took the opportunity to take him on vacation so she booked NCL Bliss.
I had no plans on joining them but my mother talked me into it so I can keep them company.

The ship its self is nicely presented but the service was horrible. First of all our bags were not in our room until 9pm, our room smelled like arm pit and we were suppose to have a bottle of champagne when we got to our room & desserts for our Anniversary and nothing was there. This was our first and last cruise with Norwegian. Between the minimal entertainment, aggressive sales tactics, and limited free dining options, we were annoyed and bored most of the time.

I’ve cruised many times in the past with Carnival, Celebrity and Royal Carribean. This was the first time with NCL and my first time on a ship this size. Not only were systems down for days on end, many things were misrepresented completely.
Not only were there 40 foot swells for over 12 hours, resulting in lots of things missed out on and sicknesses to endure.
