We chose the bliss out of New York City as a vacation from winter in New England. Excellent activities staff. Daily Zumba type class each morning with different staff members. The overall experience on the Norwegian Bliss was just alright. One of the things you need to be prepared for is the constant service fees, 20% gratuity charges (which is already paid for ahead of time, so you shouldn't have to pay again) and other fees for relatively stupid things.
