The Good The Bliss is a beautiful ship. All the onboard staff were friendly and helpful. The adult pool is heated to a comfortable water temperature. I went down the waterslide with a raft and it was the smoothest ride I have been on. Don't go on a crowded day because there is about 3 minutes between each rider. Because of Covid fears this was an update on the service and quality changes on Norwegian. We are Platinum members and were not able to receive several benefits.
