This cruise trip was arranged more than 1 year ago. We had never been to Mexico and we wanted to give it a try on the newest NCL ship, Norwegian Bliss.
The gorgeous looking Norwegian Bliss was beyond my imagination. We had a wonderful holiday and had fun exploring the 3 cities which Bliss had brought us to. We also enjoyed dancing at different venues in the evenings. With the specialty dining ...
The Norwegian Bliss is one of the lines most recent ships having been put into service in 2018. In the Breakaway Plus category she is always one of the largest ships in the fleet,
The activities, cabins, dining options and crew were all fantastic. Been blessed to have been on this ship a total of 42 days in the past year, including a bucket list 15 day Miami to Los Angeles Panama Canal cruise ...
The food was great. Are room attendant was great. He made sure everything was perfect. Some of the servers on the ship in the bar areas should be a little more willing to help you. We did find one issue. I do not smoke but my husband does. He would have to go all the way across the ship every time he wanted to smoke. I think you should have more smoking areas. I really was sad since it ...
The ship was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The cabins were cleaned perfectly. Rose was great at cleaning our rooms multiple times a day. All of the latest technologies with touch screens, key card tap entry to the cabins, and outside activities.
The shows "six" and "Jersey boys" were spectacular. So much talent!! A large variety of complementary food was available 24 hours a day ...
The ship is outstanding. Every area has a different but cohesive design so the ship never was monotonous and always had something to discover. We had reservations at one restaurant that I didn’t know was there until I found it that final night. Always a myriad of events to pique an interest. The food was good - only one meal was amazing (Cagney’s). The water slides were fun as was laser tag ...
I went on this cruise for my play daughters birthday. Although the bliss is a beautiful ship the service sucked. i payed for specialty dinners for two. i try not to eat off of a buffet because l don’t eat meat nor anything cooked with meat. i could not get any reservations at the seafood restaurant or any of the specialty restaurants . I was not informed in advanced that getting reservations ...
Right number of days, right destinations we were looking for. Large newer ship that smoothly cut through some rough seas.
Staff was excelent in all venues, including resturants, bars. With the free drink package, took full advantage of all the bars all over the ship (about 20 I believe);
a great give away by Norwegian that will keep me coming back.
Same applies for the included specialty ...
Had a good experience cruising with the Bliss through the Panama Canal. Thought we would go again with the Bliss on the Canada and West Coast Cruise. Bad mistake, it took us 3 hours standing in line in Vancouver to get aboard the ship. There was no priority boarding for anyone other than the Haven. We then find out Seattle had been cancelled from one of our stops and we would spend 2 boring nights ...
This was a fall break trip for the two of us, our two teenagers and our friends (married couple) that were experiencing their first cruise.
Embarkation: Fair. Long line. But once at the counter it went quickly. They have keycards pre-printed and scan your passport photo for the photo they see when they scan your card. It took about 1.5 hours to get aboard the ship from when we got off the ...
We cruise once or twice a year usually on Princess or Carnival, the reason we decided to go on Norwegian is because we wanted to try out a new ship and since Bliss is a brand new ship it made our decision very easy.
Embarkation:
We were traveling with two children 3 and 11 months so we had a stroller. Bliss only has 16 elevators on average about 10 elevators less then any other ship we've ...
