Overall a fantastic cruise with very good itinerary. We stayed in Pullman Hotel outstanding Miami airport the night pre cruise. The hotel has a free shuttle from airport to hotel and a $30 shuttle to the port which was great. Sailing on the Bliss for a 15 day Panama Canal cruise from LA to Miami. Overall the ship is very nice--well maintained and nicely appointed. Embarkation was smooth as butter--we bought the priority embarkation option and it really took us less than 10 minutes from drop off at the port to getting our keycards and getting on the ship.

We paid extra to be in a balcony cabin so we could look out and sit outside while cruising . It took a long while to get on, and even longer to get off. Our cabin was not thoughly cleaned before we were allowed up. We found a makeup brush on the floor. This is a big ship. Very nice. Nicely appointed and newish.
Getting on and off was quick and easy.
The staff everywhere were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The cabin steward did a really good job, had a lot of cabins to do but, he was inconsistent timing. Sometimes cabin was cleaned at 9 AM and other times it was still undone at 2:30 PM. He did a very good job though.

We were beyond impressed with ship from the moment we were in line to embark. We boarded by 11am and were in Sugarcanes Mojito bar sipping Mojitos by noon. I was on the norwegian bliss sailing january 7-12 on the mexican riviera itinerary.
This definitely put me off ever cruising norwegian ever again.
PROS: SIX AND JERSEY BOYS
Cons: pretty much everything else.

Quick holiday week getaway, itinerary wasn't important, chosen mainly for closeness to us (SEA - LAX) and low cost.
Second time we've left out of "World Cruise Center, San Pedro" and both times embarkation was poorly organized outside the terminal, taking over two hours of waiting. Unlikely to use that port again.
