What an amazing disappointment! After going on the Escape in April of 2022 we thought the Bliss would be even better. Were we wrong! Overall, the cruise was enjoyable. The crew did their best despite recent staffing cuts. Ship’s officers (with a few exceptions) appeared wanting. One of the notable positive exceptions was Marites Sonza, who appeared to be everywhere attempting to make sure everything was flowing smoothly!

The NCL Bliss exceeded our expectations and is an upgrade f.i. compared with the NCL Getaway. It is a busy ship, but restaurants and pools are always accessable without waiting. Lots of loungers available at the pool, even on seedays!

It started with embarkation in san Pedro we checked in online and they gave us a time to show up at port. Only to find a large tent in a parking lot with a 3hr line to check in this was the worst experience ever . Never seen such disorganization.
