We had a fabulous time on the Majestic Princess. The food was not up to our standards however we ate in the French restaurant and gave them 10 stars. The crew were amazing. The ship was spotless in side and out. The entertainment was not our style. The casino staff was awesome. Their slots were super tight and we didn't see anyone win anything. However we had a great time in the casino. One ...

Although we have been to the Mexican Riviera a few times, we wanted this cruise to enjoy with our son and dau-in-law. The four of us did have a good time with the games and trivia. The Entertainment staff was excellent. Natalie ranks up there with the best as far as activities and staff enthusiasm. We loved Vines, the waiters were great and we found a wine we just loved. Embarkation was ...

Weather is always great this time of year in Mexico and Princess is a great cruise line to travel there. In Cabo we went snorkeling and saw so many whales! It was amazing. I saw more whales on the snorkeling excursion than on previous whale watching tours. In Mazatlan I just shopped and found some great deals. In Puerto Vallarta I snorkeled again, but the whales were the true show ...

The Medallion and service suck

Before leaving I used the medallion app to sign up for a table and dining time. After changing tables, with the permission of the head waiter, on the third night the medallion kicked in. I was seated on the same assigned table when the Head waiter, Marian, came over and loudly said, “get off of the table!” Marian said the table has been assigned to other passengers, which were standing close by in ...

This cruise was amazing, even for the second time. The staff is hands down incredible!! Our wait staff for dining included Rustum our head waiter, and Pretchel and Ivica!! So friendly and always checking on us and very easy to talk too!! They all work so hard on the ship, long hours and just always happy to help. Our kids were on the Riveira deck and had Marilyn as their housekeeper, she was so ...

Experienced Cruiser Tries Princess for the First Time

Although I've been on more than 20 cruises, I've only sailed with NCL, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean previously. This was our first opportunity to try Princess and I have to say - I'm NOT impressed. This cruise was booked 18 months in advance with hopes that Covid 19 would be in the rear view mirror but we all know how that worked out. I was prepared for Covid protocols and that was fine - ...

If you’re looking to book this ship, be very honest with yourself. Are you looking to experience a retirement home at sea? No? Then you need to stay far from this ship. We booked this sailing, believing the ship to be the pride and joy of Princess. Advertisements would lead you to believe it’s where the hip, under 50 year olds partied. Once aboard we knew we had been conned. The most ...

Princess Cruise lines delivered again, this was our second cruise with them. The ports were great and you have enough time in each port to have a good time. The Mexican Rivera cruise met all of my expectations and then some, Mazatlán city highlights tour was fantastic (Abby our guide was the best!!) We had plenty of time for sightseeing and enough time for some quality shopping. The sights were ...

Love Princess but not this ship

We have taken 10 Princess cruises. We are fans of Princess service, food, entertainment and value. Currently on a 7 day Mexico cruise aboard Majestic Princess. The service, food, entertainment are all excellent. But I'm not a fan of this ship. The main pool is nice, large, loud and fun. The only other pool is indoors. It is not appealing at all. What we miss are the other pool options that are ...

Beautiful Majestic Princess Mexican Riviera Sailing

This was an amazing cruise aboard the Majestic Princess. The Lobster Roll menu item was a first for me and it was amazing. Dining at the Harmony for the Asian food was great! Usually that is the Sabattinis on most of the ships. Another great feature was the Chopsticks noodle bar by the pool deck. The soups were very good and they would change one of the menu items daily and keep two of the ...
