The one issue at the start of the cruise was rectified the first day. This was our first Alaska cruise and we selected RCCL for the price and ship. Ovation is a beautiful ship, one of the most beautiful I have been on. We choose RC Ovation to experience the highly touted Alaska glacier cruise highlights, especially glacier calving touted as spectacular due to global warming. H/E all we got was a ROYAL disappointment.
