I chose to cruise in order to de-stress, relax and enjoy a family vacation. Our experience on board Harmony of the Seas was truly that of royalty. It began at check-in. We were checked-in and on the ship by 10:30a.m. Our rooms were ready prior to the designated time of 1pm. The thermal suite package from Vitality Spa provided daily pampering services. We also enjoyed the early seating at all of the entertainment and activities we attended; therefore, we always had great seats. There was so much to do that you could never get bored. The ports (Labadee, Jamaica, and Mexico) offered a nice getaway from the cruise ship and good deals for shopping. No worries at all. Received royal treatment from room attendant, dining attendant, guest services, and all of the other staff that we were in contact with. We have booked next year's cruise and has started the countdown all over again for another amazing vacation. Read Less

We chose the Harmony because we wanted to experience the new amenities. We had a Boardwalk balcony that came with a soda package. Room was great but you can sometimes hear revelers at night, luckily not every night. MDR was great, however only “good” by RCI high standards. We didn’t try any of the specialty dining it was cost prohibitive for our group. We still love the diversity of cuisine in the Windjammer. The addition of the hand washing stations outside the Windjammer was a thoughtful welcome addition. Service was absolutely awesome. Everyone went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Entertainment and activities were fun and diverse. We went with a group whose ages ranged from 14-92 years old and everyone had an awesome time. The teen lounge was the primary reason I only saw my daughter for dinner and pictures. Shore excursions were plentiful. A cab ride from Falmouth to Montego Bay was a bargain. Overall, this was my third sailing on an Oasis class ship and it was the most fun. The waterslides and Abyss tipped the scale in awesomeness. Read Less

The restaurants , the Windjammer the Mast Bar, the Spa, shops, excursions could not of been better I have a broken ankle. I was treated with special care. I was sad I personally could not do any excursions. My time on ship while in port was over beyond Nicasio F, windjammer, Louise bartender at the Mast Bar, our Room Stewart John is the reasons I love RC. A walk through Central Park, to the Boardwalk, the headliners, was a big WOW to me. It is very endearing the above mentioned staff Rene breed our name walking on the deck Louise said Hi Helen, where is Daniel? Every need was met, Captain Johnny loved to watch his videos. Then Dru. I was exited to see him. He was the cruise director on the Athemn of the Seas. Saving money for 2020. Read Less

I loved all of the onboard activities this ship had to offer. during my 7-day cruise, I still felt like there were things I missed out on. When I wanted to relax, there were several opportunities to do so. The solarium was a great place to recharge from a long day of activities. The only miss is to add a small pool to the solarium. The kid's clubs were great! my 5-year-old loved all of the activities they had planned. I like how they slipt up the kids groups into small groups close in age. Even though my 2-year-old (2 months from being 3) was not old enough to go into the 3-5 year old club, they let him trial the club and eventually let him in (he has been potty trained from 17 months, and is very vocal and good at playing with older kids). He also liked going in an playing with the other kids. The cabins were really clean, and the layout was well thought out. we stayed on an inside cabin. My kids slept so well because of how dark the cabins were. I liked the build in night light that stayed on when all the other lights were out. I also liked all of the charge ports and storage solutions. The food was excellent. I like the buffet (windjammer) the best. The food was always fresh, and tasted great. I liked how you had to wash our hands to get into the buffet area, it makes everything a lot cleaner. The water slides were a blast. If you go around 5pm there wasn't as big of a line. The flo rider was fun, but on my trip one of them wasn't working properly, so the lines were longer. Overall I loved the ship and would come back again. Read Less

Fantastic experience, largest ship in the seas. This was my 11th cruise so I can tell great from poor. Food was great, staff was always pleasant and helpful! Every night we ate in the dinning hall at the same table with our family. We had the greatest wait staff you could imaging. My daughter (23 years old) needs a gluten free diet. The staff met with her every day to discuss what would be available to eat each night. When we ate off the ship they made sure someone would be available to assist her on land with gluten free food. We have already signed up for a Mediterranean cruise in September 2019 Highly recommend Royal Caribbean cruises if you like cruising. It is difficult to find a cruise line that gets it all right food, entertainment, service the whole package is amazing. Best prices will come from a travel agent. Read Less

We had 3 generations on this cruise, so chose Harmony for the variety of activities. We all loved our individual experiences. We had a genie who took care of everything and anything for us. He exceeded our expectations and then some. We had a 2 bedroom suite for the family. It was nicely appointed. We especially liked the large deck. We had room service deliver every morning which we ate around the 6 person table on the deck. The food was mostly excellent. We especially enjoyed dining at the 501 restaurant. Scrumptious! I only took 1 excursion, a snorkeling trip out of Cozumel, Mexico. I did not feel like safety was up to U.S. standards. No discussion of location of life vests. No buddy system in the water. Our 15 year old enjoyed every minute. He made several friends and they seemed to have a blast together. Think he tried every activity available. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Best vacation ever! Read Less

The best service by all staff on board, at all times. All so helpful, smiling, professional, from dining staff to housekeeper. So many activities all hours, for us and our children. Every show was different and some of the best we've ever seen, simply spectacular! I said "WOW" more times on this ship during this week then I have in my entire lifetime. Drew was very cool, and flawless at all shows. The love& marriage gameshow, the Greaae show, the shows at the aqua theater and royal theater were all remarkable! Also, the escape room, the zipline and I could go on and on.....we loved the activity guides and the TV channels that explained everything happening! We asked many others who have cruised and they all agreed Royal Caribbean is the best way to go! Thank You for an unforgettable vacation! We wont wait so long for our next cruise! Read Less

I was looking for a Family Cruise with a lot of Onboarding Options... when I saw the Harmony of the Seas in the Royal Caribbean Web Site, I didn't doubt to choose this Ship for our annual Vacations. I decided to take one Suite for my family of 4, and it was very confortable and with enough space for everything. After having more than 5 Cruises experience, without any doubt, this was was the Best of the Best!!!. Now, beyond the Ship, and the overall Entertainment, I might say, the best was the warm service of the people supporting us during our cruise experience. Specially, O'Neil, our Cabin Assistance!!!, Quodes for him!!!. The food, was also excellent, and I do see a bigger selection of healthy food versus previous experiences. A good change was the way to do Inmigration at the end of the cruise, very well planned and much quicker than the past. Read Less

Just finished our cruise and we had a great time. The ship is large and it took a good day or so to figure out where everything is. Here are a few helpful hints for those planning a trip. We had two rooms, a balcony and virtual balcony. The virtual balcony was a great option and you don’t feel like you are in an inside cabin. Plenty of closet space and storage. We were questioning what people wear on formal night and it truly is a mix. Everything from formal attire-gowns and tuxes to dressy pants and a blouse and pants with shirt and tie for men. We did see people who did not partake and there were no issues getting into main dining room. There are 2 formal nights. Food was great all nights and we did not buy the specialty restaurants. Plenty of options. As far as reservations - book early if you are hoping for the 6:30-7 time slots for dinner. As far as shows be sure to make reservations early for those as well. Excursions - if you are stopping at Labadee be sure to get off ship early if you don’t want to reserve a chair. The shade fills up fast. We did the chairs for 2. Highly recommend but book in advance. Kids did zip line which they loved. We booked wave runners but they were cancelled due to winds. I heard from the people who went they loved it. San Juan we just wandered on our own. In St Martin we did the Maho excursion and that was fun. The beach is very narrow and rocky. Be sure to have water shoes for all beaches. They are rocky even in the water until you get out deep. Plenty to do on ship. My 18 year old was at the in between age so got a little bored at night Highly recommend. If you are on a tight budget check out the oasis and other ships in this class. Appears the layout is the same on all of the ships so if you don’t need to be on the largest you may enjoy the same experience for a little less $. Read Less

We take our daughter and her family or at least our grandchildren on a cruise every year. This year we took everyone on the Harmony of the Seas and they had a great time. Harmony is a great ship for any age group. There is so much to do on the ship you really don't have to leave it. Our grandson (16) spent his days on the flowrider. Our granddaughter spent her time in the pool, splash park, rock climbing wall, miniature golf and water slides. The shows onboard have greatly improved. We saw Grease which was done well. The ship was crowded but we were able to figure out the times to go to breakfast, lunch and how to get the best seats for the shows. You need to make reservations for all shows and we highly recommend doing it as soon as they open it up so you don't miss out on any of them. We took the time to figure out the shows based on our daytime activities. We could not have planned better. On the day we had the most activity we did not schedule and evening activity. Read Less

Thanks to Alexandre Dintz ,Restaurant Supervisor and Alana Sewell ,Head Waiter we were able to pull off this great surprise. It took a lot of work on their part. They made it happen. Many phone calls and changing plans all around.. They did this with such ease. They are awesome. We had a wonderful week with the family and enjoyed many parts of the ship. My mother decided to plan a cruise for my college graduation, and we thoroughly enjoyed harmony of the seas. We were in awe of the gigantic ship! We had an ocean view balcony on the 6th deck and it was well worth the money! We enjoyed having our morning coffee and complimentary breakfast delivered right to the stateroom on our balcony. The ship is very family friendly. We ate at the American Icon - My time dining almost every night. The food was good, but the service was spectacular! The waiters and assistant waiters are what made our dinner experience the best. We weren't big fans of the Solarium Bistro due to the food and service being poor. The Windjammer was really great for breakfast though! We also didn't do any excursions, but we still had an amazing time catching some rays! St. Maarten was beautiful, and it wasn't commercialized at all. For $25 you can get two chairs and a bucket of beer. Wouldn't recommend going too far into the city though.. it didn't seem safe. San Juan, Puerto Rico was pretty. We did a self tour around the city and it seemed very safe! We enjoyed the colorful buildings, old San Juan, and the overlook of the ocean. We weren't able to find the beach access area, but we also didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the beach. We recommend getting a pina colada at Barrachina--where they were invented. Our last port was at Labadee, Haiti. To our surprise, this was our favorite. Royal Caribbean owns this private island so it was very commercialized but locals weren't begging you for money. My only complaint is it was very crowded from everyone on the ship. The beach chairs and umbrellas are free! There's plenty to chose from on the ship for entertainment. Some of our favorites included: live music, 1887 ice skating shows, grease show, parades in the royal promenade, ice skating, zip lining, bingo, mini golf, the headliner show, and more! We recommend planning as much as you can and scheduling the shows online before you go. When you arrive on board, finish signing up for shows before they fill up. We ate dinner at 8 every night and watched a show at 10:30 PM. It worked out perfect! Read Less

My husband and I just went on our first cruise. We chose Royal Caribbean because we had heard the entertainment was unlike any other ship, we were not disappointment!! The energy of the ship from the moment you step on board is positive, upbeat, friendly and non stop fun. There is consistently something fun and exciting to do from the moment you wake up to when you go to sleep at night. There are also many quiet and relaxing areas to sit back and enjoy the quiet sound of the sea. We chose a stateroom with a balcony which was worth the extra money. Sitting on our balcony was our favourite part of the trip as it is such a relaxing experience. The organization, friendly staff, gorgeous design and outstanding service was always on point. We loved that the staff includes people from all over the world and they were always a pleasure to talk to. Karen Hall and Roy in the Main Dining, Grande, were incredible. They were so helpful, kind and made our dining experience even more joyful. (Plus the food was delicious!) Oniell, our stateroom attendant was so friendly; He greeted us every morning and throughout the day with a smile on his face and an upbeat attitude. Rhondora in the Solarium was such a lovely and sweet woman. We were also very impressed with the Cruise Director Dru, he was very engaging, funny, had such a passionate energy about him. The entire time we were on the ship we kept thinking of all the friends and family who would enjoy the various entertainment: Ice skating shows, musicals, comedians, night club, casino, game shows, street parties, karaoke, live entertainment of all genres, restaurants, pools, waterslides, outstanding views and so much more!! Also the fitness center was massive and we love the track that wraps around the ship. We can't wait to go back on a big family vacation! The ports were incredible, Haiti was our favourite. We did an excursion which took us to a private island and a tour of the village. It was breathtakingly beautiful, the people were lovely and we left feeling appreciation for the world around us. The word we kept using to define this vacation was 'unreal'. Royal Caribbean has set our expectations high and we won't be cruising with anyone else. :) (Our cruise was: Harmony of the Seas - Fort Lauderdale, Sint Maarten, Puerto Rico, Haiti ) Read Less

This cruise was recommended by a Royal Caribbean phone consultant. I am so glad he did! My husband and my 3 daughters went. They are ages 19-22. The ship is beautiful! Embarkation was painless and quick. We were on the ship in less than 30 minutes. My daughters went straight to the pool while my husband and I explored the promenade deck. This was our first family cruise in over 15 years and our first 7 day cruise. We enjoyed the shows- the comedians were so funny--my jaw hurt from laughing so much. The Karaoke in the "On-Air" lounge was great. The venue is a bit small for the amount of people so if you want a seat go early for after dinner drinks and wait for it to begin. We loved our ports of call. We had a beautiful day in Nassau and the water was so clear. We had one rainy day that was the day we were in St. Thomas. We were sad about that, but that's the only day it rained so we were lucky! One of my daughters and I took a train tour in St. Kitts while my other daughters shopped in the area right off the pier. We spent many nights in the Schooner Lounge listening to the piano player! A shout out to our bar server Francis- never really waited for drinks and always brought us water bottles. He has a great sense of humor. Our room steward was awesome-our room was alway clean and extra pillows were great. My favorite part was the balcony. I loved sitting out there just looking at the water. We were on the 6th floor right near the entrance for the lobby. This was great because the Boardwalk was on this floor as well as Schooner Lounge. We could look right down on the Promenade area and there were steps right there to go down to the promenade instead of waiting for an elevator. We did specialty dining 3 nights. Wonderland was interesting! I loved the decor, but the food was not our cup of tea. I knew it would be different, but a little to different for us. I am sure others would love it! Chops was great and we will certainly do it again. The Mexican restaurant was great! Best margaritas on the ship. The only thing that was a disappointment to one of daughters wasn't any plain meat tacos, but the meal, especially the banana/chocolate dessert was very good! We found all the employees that we dealt with friendly and helpful. We had a rainy day in St. Thomas, but it started after we already arrived at Megan's Bay. We had just set up our chairs, and then the thunder, lightning and rain began. We never sat in our chairs or went in the water. We decided not to wait for the transport back to the ship that was part of the excursion, and just took a taxi back to the ship. When I went to the excursion desk, they said they were refunding 50% of the cost. I thought that was fair since we did use the transport. The excursion desk was very helpful with questions too. I had to visit guest services a few times, and even though there was a line, it moved quickly. Very helpful! We loved our vacation so much that we booked another on the Anthem of the Seas for next year. My 2 daughters that are married along with their husbands and my granddaughter are coming. I can't wait! It was crowded at the pool, but with over six thousand people on board, that 's to be expected. The only suggestion I would make it to have a vegetarian menu in the main dining room as well as the specialty restaurants that has at least 4 options (pasta too!). One of my daughters didn't have much to choose from. One of the specialty restaurants gave her some steamed veggies as the main course. They didn't tell her what she was getting just brought it out. Luckily the sides were good. Great time! Read Less

RC came up with the best ship/size and events in our family research. We booked about 9 months ahead which gives you a good choice of stateroom. I travelled with 3 teens aged 13, 15 and 16. They loved the food options and choice of activities. It was very safe and overall a fantastic experience. As a first time cruiser very impressed. We booked online for the shows and when that proved tricky we went to Box Office and organized it on the first day. I would recommend confirming show bookings. We loved the main dining room and regular waiters who welcomed us each evening. We went snorkeling on St Thomas and visited the beaches ourselves on St Kitts and Nassau. (Unlike other traveling experiences your time onshore is limited and I would recommend booking shore trips beforehand as its more overwhelming both onboard and onshore.) Its absolutely possible to enjoy without a drink package but we agreed that next time we would; there are plenty of drinks available in the meal package but if you want water /latte/soda for eg (and kids always do)then it would be less stressful! Overall the level of hospitality and service is wonderful when you think of how many guests are onboard; waking up to stunning ocean views is priceless. Highly recommended. Read Less

We were 28 family members on Harmony of the Seas cruise. It was our First time on a Cruise, my husband & I, my Daughter & her husband and son. My Aunt took care of all arrangements. Embarkation and Disembarkation went smoothly. As a large group they took good care of my aunt to get all of us on board under her Charge Card. Thank you for that. The Cabins were beautiful. Clean, nice size for my husband and I. The Porter was great. Every one did different Excursions, on their own. I personally went on The Tiki Glass bottom Party Boat, in ST. Thomas. My Husband, Daughter, her Husband, & I had such a great time. The guests were also so Friendly. We danced & Sang the whole Trip. I feel that also has to do with the staff. We also got of the boat at ST. Kits. My 3 year old grandson was along. He went to the daycare and had a great time. The dining area was very beautiful. The service was great. The only thing I was unhappy with was that the dining room seating, and the pool side seating. They were arranged very tightly. It made it hard to get in and out. The ship is amazing!!!! Extremely clean and very friendly attentive staff. Our cabin was cleaned three times a day. The dining was excellent. They feed you so much really high quality food!!! The included meals were so high quality, and such a big variety, there was no need to pay for the "premium" restaurants. I mean steak and lobster three course meal good!!! We especially loved the Park Cafe. Even though we did just to experience something different. Sabors and Wunderland were excellent...pricey but worth it. We do wish the activities had longer hours. Not sure why they had to close so early. Can't the pool stay open all night? Our bar tender Joseph in the Solarium was amazing!!!! He remembered our names even just passing by. And he made the BEST drinks. He was super personable and a pleasure to talk to. The most notable thing to me was the cleanliness of the ship. Extremely clean. Kids are definitely allowed but there weren't as many as say a Disney cruise so maybe thats why lol. Seriously we would see the staff with little scrapers cleaning the most tiny pieces of dirt. First time ever I wasn't grossed out by touching things in a hotel room. We would definitely do Royal Caribbean again. Read Less

Harmony of the Seas June 2018 Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had avoided the BIG ships previously because of concerns about overcrowding. We shouldn’t have worried. I kept asking the crew where they hide all the people. This time, with 3 grandkids along, we wanted lots of active options for ages 16 -21. There were so many different venues (something for everyone) that I documented through photos that none were overcrowded. One grandson (a roller coaster fan) rode the abyss about 50 times. The staff was SO helpful and friendly. Either they really like their jobs or they deserve an academy award for great acting. I loved the International crew and got to practice the bits of language I picked up on our many other (non cruise) travels. We all enjoyed the food. The staff in the main dining room was excellent and so very attentive. The windjammer had great variety and was constantly restocked. The staff was “on the spot” for any spills on the floor and cleaned the tables so promptly that even at peak lunch times there was no waiting. I really like the entrances to the windjammer buffet with sinks for hand washing. Great idea for food safety. We didn’t go to any specialty restaurants because the complementary options were just fine. We all loved ALL the shows. My husband and I are originally from NYC and I was amazed at the quality on a CRUISE SHIP. The grandkids enjoyed the clubs while we preferred to relax in the evening in “Central Park” with easy listening guitar music. The ship was super clean – cabins, food areas, public areas etc. If a passenger dropped something, it was immediately attended to. Crew was everywhere asking us if everything was OK. I should mention that we are early risers and made great use of the fitness center and running/walking track so perhaps that had something to do with our lack of crowds throughout the day. We did tend to get an early start. We took a snorkeling excursion which was great, even for me, a first timer. Saw lots of fish and turtles in St Thomas in the crystal clear water. After leaving the ship, we took the Everglades airboat tour and saw alligators in the wild plus rescues at a wildlife center. Very informative and nice to have an option to sitting at the airport for an extra 4 hours. We took advantage of the luggage valet service so our bags were checked through to home by RCI and all we had with us was our carry-on stuff. The excursion bus took us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight home. We had booked our flights through RCI just for convenience and were VERY glad we did. Although we allowed over 4 hours to make our connecting flight TO Ft Lauderdale, our airline had cancelled ALL flights during the previous 24 hours and with the backup we missed the boat. RCI worked with them to fly us directly to Nassau and put us up at a beachfront hotel. We relaxed there and joined the ship when it arrived the next morning. RCI is my cruise line from now on. They did a GREAT job saving our family vacation. NOTE: I just read a “terrible” review of our cruise. Hard to believe we were on the same ship. The only thing I agree with is that there were some children in the “adult” hot tub in the Solarium which should have been limited to ages 16 and over. True, the staff didn’t do anything about it. Perhaps they would have if others had complained? Obviously the parents who brought children there didn’t care about rules and I’m not sure how you would handle people obnoxious enough to do something like that. You meet them in all areas of life. On the whole I thought the children throughout the ship were quite well behaved. Read Less

We choose this cruise because my wife & I took our 3-daughters, 3-son-in-laws and 8-grand children. They all had a blast and want to go again-we already took everybody to Alaska-in which they all said it was the best, but now the Harmony took that title. They had so many activities for the kids and parents that by the end of the day everybody was exhausted. Just outstanding! My wife and I have been on approx. 21 RCCL's and just love them all. The dining room again was great, as we had 2 tables for eight and everything went smoothly-the service was excellent-food was very good and tasteful and we never felt rushed. The only negative against the embarkation was at the airport and trying to find the person to lead us to the bus, could have been more organized, but everything else went smoothly in getting onto the ship. The disembarkation was going very well until we went to get our luggage and one piece was missing-had to track a person to help us finely in which they only told us to look in the back section-they could have been more helpful by showing us where it was and to make sure we found it. We did fine our missing luggage and the bags tags were ripped off some how between our room and us picking it up-just a bad scene and hope it doesn't happen again. The over all service was outstanding in every since possible-had no problems and everybody was very friendly and helpful. Again-this was just an amazing ship and crew! I tip my hat off to RCCL for being so organized on such a large ship and so many passengers. Great job! Read Less

One of the best cruise ships we have ever been on. From the staff, rooms, food, and overall activities to choose from, we could not have asked for more. The food at many of the available restaurants was excellent. We especially enjoyed the casual experience at Windjammer. The food was excellent every day! We were not highly impressed with the Chop House, especially for the price, but everything else was great. You could not have asked for a friendlier room attendant! There are so many activities to participate in that you will never be bored. The casino is very tight. Don’t spend too much time in there, or you will leave broke. Other than those two negative ratings, the rest was awesome. Make sure to take the VIP dolphin swim in Nassau. Our family loved it! Although there is still damage from last year’s hurricanes, St. Thomas and St. Kitts were still beautiful! We will definitely be back for another Harmony of the Seas cruise! Read Less

Size of the ship and it gave our grandchildren flexibility for so many options. Their isn't enough time to do everything in a week you want to do. The evening dinning experience was outstanding and our waiters go out of there way to make sure everything is to your pleasure. We ate at 5:30 every night in the main dinning room and Pablo and Prashant are so good you want to take them home with you. Everyone is friendly and go out of their way to make you feel important. With grandchildren it is sometimes hard to find entertainment they like but on this ship the ice show, water show, plays were things they enjoyed and in the past they didn't even want to go see the entertainment. There ages ranged from 13 to 21 so they are picky. We thought the cruise ship was going to be too big but it was perfect for this sailing. Read Less

Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Sea's provided us with an amazing experience. We celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary, as well as both of our birthdays on the ship. We'll choose them again. The food was a little bland for our taste, but overall, it was good. Our Stateroom Attendant kept our Cabin clean and stocked throughout our stay. I never had to ask for clean towels or for our room to be cleaned. The Entertainment was no stop. Harmony of the Sea's made sure you always had some thing to do, either on the ship or off. There was so many things to choose from, we could have used another week. We will book with RC again next year. Harmony of the Sea's will be our home away from home again in the future. The on Ship Shops gave you more than enough to choose from. If you forgot something you had no problem finding it. Read Less

Cruising with Royal Caribbean has been a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shows were very entertaining. The food was also an experience. We went to Jamie’s Italian for lunch, the staff and the food were phenomenal. The food at Windjammer was always fresh and delicious. We love going to Sorrentos for their pizza. The excursion at Blue Lagoon was our favorite. We got to experience the encounter with the stingray. It was a memorable experience for the whole family. We were able to shop at St. kits and St. Thomas. The locals were very friendly. I loved the freebies from the jewelry store too. The kids had fun with the Abby’s, rock climbing and other activities that were provided in the ship. It was a great get together for special family occasions. Overall, our family cruise vacation was a wonderful experience. We will always choose Royal Carribean International for our cruising experience. Read Less

We loved the new big ship plenty to do didnt see our teenage son entire week, he made friends and had the best time being independent and safe. Food was as good as can be expected upgraded restaurants are great but not necessary. If you live in a big city, not reason to pay more for food. Save the $ and go eat out when you get back.! Ports are nothing special, especially for previous cruisers. Staff was excellent. Food srvice staff was the best on board. The shows were fantastic and maybe the best of the cruise companies out there. The boarding and exit process was fast and no wait at 11am.. The best port was Labadee beach and they do nickel and dime you even on their island for all the activities from zip line to water slides etc. Food on island was BBQ. Drink package costs too much. We love Harmony of the Sea, and look forward to sailing on the newest Symphony of the Sea. The food eas great and we had a huge selection to choose from with adding the specialty restaurants like Jamie’s, Chops, Wonderland, Izumi, and the Hibachi Grill. My Housekeeper Sen Runghen was the best he catered to my every need he kept my suite spotless at all times. In the main ding room there was Judy and Valancy they made our dining experience delight. The onboard activities like flow rider, zip lining and the Abyss wer so much fun.The shows like Fine Line, Grease, Columbus, The Comedy Shows, Family Fued, Karaoke were just some of the activities we enjoyed. Best of all were the quality of the drinks I tried the bartenders were very helpful my favorite was Bolerros and poolside. My family enjoyed the ice skating. We were a little disappointed from all the rain and especially our last Port of Call in Cozumel Mexico it stormed so bad we had to cancel our excursions and didn’t get to enjoy the island at all.
