It was one of the best vacations I’ve been on. Service, waiters, housekeeping, bartenders were awesome. Sat tables 330 & 328 on deck 3 main dining hall. Waiter staff was awesome. Ship was very clean and staff was very helpful. We went to Bahamas, st Thomas, and st kits. Islands were awesome beaches were great. I would definitely go on another cruise. Must start with that we have had an incredibly nice experience! and memory that we value for life! But there are some things/changes that could be better. The bed was very hard. My husband has back problems due to an old break in the back and the bed made this worse. Had luckily with painkillers, the sun beds were good offloaders. But it ruined a good part of the trip. The information on ...

The ship was very impressive. Overall the cruising behemoth was more than expected. The Promenade was very nice except for the (watch an merchandise booths). They were cheap looking and needed to be more elegant and luxurious. The Sports section was amazing with a wide variety of sports for all guests( ping pong, basketball, surfing, zip line, mini golf, etc). The shows and entertainment ...

Poker tournament director a dink. First tournament I could not join because 5 min late. 2nd tourment one player short and he canceled 9 minutes after published start time. Main dining waits long. Only spent two days at ships pools but seen over 20 people fall on slippery deck. So dangerous. Complete incompetence to use such a slippery surface. Food in windjammers average. Chops and other ...

We recently celebrated my husband's retirement by taking a 7 day cruise on the Harmony of the Seas. Our itinerary included the Eastern Caribbean destinations of Nassau, Bahamas, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, and Basseterre, St. Kitts. We had two adjacent oceanfront balcony rooms on the 8th deck, and our rooms were toward the front of the ship. The cabin steward did an excellent job of keeping ...

Low quality food and lines everywhere, $$$ for everything

I wanted to try one of the mega boats as my previous experiences have been with mid-large sized boats. I've cruised with Carnival, Celebrity, HAL, NCL, Princess and RCI and have mild expectations but RCI was a terrible disappointment for food (free and specialty dining), easily worse of any cruiseline I've been on. Dining MDR - Food temperature, taste and overall quality of ingredients and ...

I choose to spend one week with my daugther cruising in the Caribbean sea. The Harmony of the Seas, to me seems a big disneyland on water. No relax. Two small pool, full of people, all the time. We did not even touched the pool for the all week. It’s a pity but it was a terrible experience to me. Never again. Maybe I was unluky, but the previews cruise experiences that I had in Europe, were much, ...

We are return cruisers with Royal Caribbean, and has yet another amazing experience. Everything from the waitstaff to the port experiences were beyond incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our Central Park Balcony Stateroom and all of the services we experienced during the week. The bartenders, dining room waitstaff, stateroom attendants, spa staff, activities staff, and the overall ship was an ...
