We are return cruisers with Royal Caribbean, and has yet another amazing experience. Everything from the waitstaff to the port experiences were beyond incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our Central Park Balcony Stateroom and all of the services we experienced during the week. The bartenders, dining room waitstaff, stateroom attendants, spa staff, activities staff, and the overall ship was an unforgettable experience. We had a great time at Royal Caribbean’s Labadee, Haití port. It was very updated and easily accessible for everyone who disembarked the ship. The disembarkation and re embarkation processes were very organized and smooth at each port. In addition, the Falmouth, Jamaica and Cozumel, Mexico ports were just as enjoyable. We were with a large travel group not directly affiliated with Royal Caribbean, but long-time travelers with the the cruise line. Through our private group, we took excursions in Jamaica and Mexico, which we really enjoyed. Overall, I will always recommend Royal Caribbean to those interested in cruising. We are already planning our next cruise with Royal Caribbean! Read Less

Harmony of the Seas to the Western Caribbean offered incredible service and attention to detail, executional excellence in every area. The Grease show the Las Vegas Tenors, and the comedy show are must-sees. Chester, the pianist/singer at Schooners bar is talented and funny! The food in main dining was absolutely delicious every single day! And Chops steakhouse and Johnny Rockets are musts! Breakfast-they had all of our favorites plus fresh squeezed oj if you had the beverage package (I highly recommend). Our cabin was consistently tip-top, I never walked into a dirty bathroom in any are of the ship-I don’t know how they did that! Shopping at the ports was great-attend the jewelry/diamond buying seminars for tips and free stuff!! The service they offered to valet your bags that you want to check and print your boarding pass for $25 per person was well worth it-be sure to budget for that. We just had our carryons with us and went straight to the security checkpoint at the airport. They really think of everything! Read Less

We choose Harmony of the Sea due to the size and destination of where the ship was going to go. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the ship so much. There is for sure enough to do on the ship that you don't even need to excursions if you don't want to. The ship is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff and crew are amazing. They do go above and beyond to help you. We were blessed to be part of the sky class and was able to take advantage of the Coastal Kitchen, The food was absolutely amazing. From Breakfast, lunch, and Dinner along with all the other appetizers we had. Of course, I can't say enough about the bartenders and the drinks they made they were amazing as well. The rest of the other dining throughout the ship was amazing anywhere we ate. The Shows were great. Especially the Fine Line aqua show. A must see!! Ice skating on the ship was very cool as well. Make sure you take long pants to wear when its Open skate you will need them. There is two Ice skating shows they were both very good as well. The casino is very nice and big. There is also non-smoking section too which was perfect. Take advantage of the learn how to play sessions if you don't know how to play craps and roulette. It is very helpful. There is A lot to do for Little kids as well as teens too. The ports of call... Labadee and Foulmouth were great, Everyone was very nice and easy to deal with. We did the Jet Ski tour. That was so much fun! We each had a jet ski. they are very easy to ride if you are not a seasoned rider. It was my first time and I was able to maneuver the jet ski with easy. You do get a life jacket to wear as well. You do get your money's worth. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. We also had enough time to enjoy the beach as well. We were able to snorkel One problem we had is my son got stung by a Jelly Fish. That did put a small damper on things but he was ok after about 12 hours. The Lifeguards were amazing and helped him a ton. They went above and beyond to help him which we were grateful for. Foulmouth Jamaica, we did the rum tour. If you love rum you must do they Appleton rum tour. You get to have all the Rum Punch you can drink along with many tastings of their delicious rum. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and fun. After your done with the rum tour you get a Free Lunch. Very Very good. You get your choice of Chicken or Pork that has been smoked for hours. The Staff well again. AMAZING, FUNNY and very fun to hang out with. Lunch was so good!! We also had time to Shop. A lot of shopping to do there. Good pricing and very nice to work with. Cozumel Mexico, We did the ATV of Jade tour. Very fun. You got to spend about 3 hours riding and learning about the jungle part of Mexico. We also got to see an amazing Cave that you can swim in if you choose to. Very beautiful. The Trials were good. Atv is very easy to use as well. Now the Rays and Shark excursion you must know how to swim to be able to do this excursion. They spilt you up into two groups of people. One group will be in shallow water with the rays. The other group gets to snorkel and swim and see tour guides feed the rays and the sharks. The sharks do stay pretty much on the bottom. They will not hurt you. The one thing I can say is that the people that assist you at the beginning are very rude. They act like we are a bother to them. That is the only part we didn't like. The only other thing that we had an issue with was in Sky class you get reserved seating for all the shows. Towards the end of the trip, we had reservastions but when we went to the shows but there were no reserved seats for the sky class just the Star class. Not sure why it changed but it was no the same at the end of the trip as it was in the beginning. Our cabin was amazing. I would definitely recommend a suite to anyone out there. It is so nice to be pampered and spoiled. Oveall this was an amazing trip and I loved the Harmony. I can not wait to go on vacation again. Read Less

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the entertainment. The shows were great. The nightclub was fun for all ages. Let me just say the food was fabulous! I could not have asked for better service. The servers were great fantastic and made you feel like royalty. Housekeeping cleans your room twice a day. You have the same housekeeper all week. Maintanence is speedy if needed. The pools and hot tubes were clean. Staff are constantly cleaning the decks. There is always someone available to serve you a drink. I loved all the shore excursions. Tickets are delivered to room the day before the excursions. If the excursions are booked through Royal Carribean you are guaranteed to get back to the ship. I will definitely be traveling with Royal Carribean in the near future. Read Less

We wanted to take a cruise with lots to do! And there was! Second time with royal Caribbean. FineLine aqua show is spectacular! Our room was clean and attendant very accommodating and friendly. Our large interior stateroom was spacious enough, especially since we're only there to sleep. Did not feel crowded at all, except in windjammer - food selection was very good, seating was tough to find though. But I did really like the fact that you had to wash your hands before entering the Windjammer. At least they are trying to keep things clean. Food in Chops Grill Johnny Rockets, and main dining room was Excellent! Food came quickly, despite so many having to be served - I cannot overstate this enough. Highly impressed. Our servers for dinner in main dining room were absolutely amazing! If we couldn't decide on a meal, they'd bring us a sample of both :). Our server Iwayan really helped us enjoy our cruise to the fullest, telling us when and where to do certain activities and shows. He and sever Ryan entertained us wonderfully throughout our vacation. They really wanted us to have great experience, not just with our meals. Just make sure to make reservations for specialty restaurants and shows early, and you should be good? The sports pool was for adults only, and lifeguards really did a good job keeping the kids out. Bar servers, room attendants, food servers all remembered your name and made you feel more than just another passenger. Embarkation and disembarking was seamless and fast. Ship was always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend seeing Chester in Schooner bar for piano/vocal entertainment! Read Less

Harmony of the Seas has an amazing customer service! In addition, the room service was exceptional too! This ship also provides great entertainment for kids; pools, golf, game room, kids club and water slides. It is very clean and modern. The night shows are excellent. I loved the Fine Line, and the ice skating "1887" ,except in my opinion, GREASE, because it has too much dialog. I had breakfast at the solarium every day and we would have dinner sometimes at the Grande. The buffet had a lot more people on it but if you go at the right time , when it is starting you can get a good seating. I love how the food was always fresh and diverse. The pools were pretty fool, so I decided to go when people got out on the ports. This time we only visited Labadee and we like it. I will definitely 100% recommend this ship. Read Less

We sailed for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. There were 4 of us (parents, me and DD--age 7) in a 1 bedroom Aqua Theater Suite on deck 14. My father has limited mobility so he traveled using his electric scooter. It was our first suite experience with Royal Caribbean and we were very impressed. Embarkation was smooth and we were on the ship quickly. The ship was outstanding! There was so much to do and the ship was in excellent condition. We'd sailed on Allure of the Seas previously and were very happy with the additions on Harmony. The 1 bedroom Aqua Theater Suite was excellent. The living room was spacious and the sofa bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with 2 sinks, a shower and a tub. The walk in closet was huge. The balcony was not as big as lower decks, but was still huge. It had a great ocean view and a nice view of the Aqua Theater. There was a dining table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The only downside was the long walk to the cabin, but it really wasn't too bad of a walk. We ate most meals in Coast Kitchen. The service and the food at Coastal Kitchen were outstanding! It was a nice atmosphere and the food was fresh and well prepared. We had a couple of breakfasts & lunch at Windjammer. It was nicer than Allure and I never felt crowded/overwhelmed like I did on Allure. The Suite Lounge was a nice treat in the mornings and evenings (happy hour). The entertainment was excellent. We especially liked "Columbus." The water slide lines could get long, but we were able to get a lot of water slide time in first thing in the morning. A lot of the activities, like zipline, flow rider, The Ultimate Abyss, etc. surprisingly never had very long waits. St. Maarten is still struggling with recovery from Irma. I know they need the tourist dollars to recover which is what made me feel so torn about the visit. We did a shore excursion through a separate vendor. Adjustments were made to the itinerary because of the healing that is still going on (that's how they refer to the recovery there). Marigot is definitely in much worse shape than Philipsburg. In general, there is still major destruction all over. I feel for the people as they still have a very long road ahead. San Juan was in better shape than I expected. I know it's not as good outside the cities, but Old San Juan was great. Labadee was a fun beach day! We did the water slide and roller coaster. The coaster was a cool experience, but we wouldn't do it again. The locals in all the ports were so nice and really appreciated the tourism! DD loved Adventure Ocean! They had a lot of kids, but did a great job with them! The scooter allowed my father to see and do a lot more than he could ever have done without it, but it did provide some challenges. There were some large bumps on the gangway that made it difficult to navigate. Also, getting an elevator with enough space for the scooter could be challenging. Overall the service was outstanding! We only had one negative crew member interaction the entire week which is amazing considering the number of crew members. The only other negative thing was the temperature some of the public areas. The hallways, elevators and elevator lobbies were always very warm/hot. I don't recall it being nearly this bad on Allure. We would definitely sail on Harmony again! Read Less

Wanted to try this particular class of ship. It did not disappoint! The food was awesome - a step up from Carnival although that's not a dig at Carnival. Their food is fine, but RC is a step above. Loved the little cafes all around and how you could take the pre-made sandwiches and wraps from the Central Park cafe to your room. The ship entertainment was second to none! You can zip line over the Boardwalk, huge water slides and one dry one that was amazing. Flow rider had surfing simulation and boogie board simulation. The mini golf course was so cute. There were more things than we could possibly do. The service in the dining room by Jason Whittle and Godfrey Vaz was exceptional. We loved going back to Puerto Rico and eating Mofongo! The Windjammer buffet was simply beautiful each day and night. Broadway shows, and ice skating show, comedy, karaoke and fun games every day! The variety of entertainment was great - piano bar, acousstic guitar with pop music and another playing in Central Park with no vocal, several bands with really good singers. We were really happy with our RC cruise and this gorgeous ship! Read Less

The Harmony had increased the size of their buffet, and made more seating than was available on the Oasis. We actually had more dinners in the buffet because the food was so good up there. Our grandson who is 9 years old wanted to be in the Kids Camp all the time. He loved it there, and the staff was wonderful. the Harmony was run like a fine tuned violin. Embarkation and Disembarkation were so smooth and easy ....the ship was clean, the cabin was large and the view from my balcony was fabulous, whether a sea view or the view of the ports of call. Dining was a pleasure in all BUT Jamie Oliver's restaurant, where the server loomed over our table, interrupted our questions, and walked away when asked questions....our meal was rushed and the food was nothing like what it was described on the menu ... the truffle pasta was truffle deficient and I could not taste anything but cream sauce, it was barely warm, our other meals were only slightly warm, my grandsons filet was to be med rare and was well done and arrived when the rest of us were almost done our meal .... extremely disappointing . ALL other places onboard that we ate at were all 5 star meals, and 5 star service! My grandsons had a blast doing everything that they were of age to do (12 and 14) while my son and daughter in law and I enjoyed the casino and the trivia challenges and overall loved just cruising on Harmony. Ports of Call were run smoothly and efficiently and great fun. I would definitely return to Harmony of the Seas Eastern Caribbean Cruise. Hopefully I will be back again. We had not sailed on a giant ship previously, so this was a new experience for us. Yes, the ship is bigger, which means more walking and larger crowds at the buffet, but the larger ship means they are able to put on more professional entertainment and a larger assortment of other activities. We were a party of 12, and all of our cabins were very nicely designed and maintained by the cabin staff. Our dining room staff was beyond excellent, even to the point of anticipating our requests. The shows, Grease and Columbus were very well done. As I mentioned, the larger ship gives them the ability to do more that they could on a smaller ship. The RoyalIQ app needs lots of work and those that had it complained endlessly about the WiFi. When you are charging as much as cruise lines do, you deserve better quality of service. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would not hesitate to book on this ship again. Read Less

We had been wanting to go on a cruise for years and just never took the plunge until this year. Wow! I wish we had decided to go on one years ago. We were on the Harmony of the Seas and there were so many activities. It's true when people tell you it is a floating resort. There is as little or as much to do as you want. There were four of us, myself, my husband and our two kids (ages 19 and 17) and every one of us had a great time. We took the cheaper route and all stayed on one room. To be honest, I was a little nervous about all of us being crammed in one room, but surprisingly it wasn't that bad. We had a king bed and the kids were on a trundle bed (couch converted to this). The shower was a decent size. The only time it was crowded was at bedtime, but we figured we could put up with that because we were hardly ever in the room. Our cabin steward, Antonio, was the best. He cleaned up our room twice a day-we never had to ask for anything. We always had fresh towels and made up beds. Every night my kids could not wait to get to the room to see what towel animal was waiting on the bed and Antonio never ceased to amaze us. He was so personable and would take the time to ask us how our dinner or excursion was or where we were headed for the day. We ate in the Silk dining room for dinner every night and the food was delicious. We had the most amazing head waiter-Karim and our assistant waiter Anthony was also wonderful. By day 3 these men knew exactly what we wanted to drink and even would bring my son a side dish of ranch with every meal. Karim was so personable and would laugh and joke with us, yet always maintained such a professional demeanor. At the end of every meal Karim would let us know the dress code for the next day and disembarkation information. We never had to ask for refills and Karim would give us detailed explanations of what meals were that we were unsure of. The excursions were out of this world. In Haiti we just relaxed on their private island. When we got off the boat we found a nice little cove, got beach chairs and a mat to float on. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed just lying around and eating the buffet the ship provided. In Jamaica we did a private excursion with Patrice Bailey's tours and it was sensational. We went to Blue Hole and got to jump off the cliffs into the most amazing blue water. We stopped to eat lunch at a local place called Scotchies and had excellent Jamaican Jerk chicken and some local sides. Our guide stopped several times to get us some local produce and we had the sweetest mangos and a fruit called sweet sop. We never once felt unsafe. Our guide Maurice was so kind and really knew the history of the island. In Cozumel we did a Royal Caribbean excursion which was dune buggies and snorkeling. The dune buggies were so much fun as was the snorkeling although we all agreed that a longer time snorkeling would have been better. We would have rather snorkeled longer and skipped the 30 minute stop to Barricuda Beach which was obviously just to boost the local economy. Entertainment on the boat was pretty good. We saw Grease, an ice skating show, comedians and an a cappella show. Each one was a good show. We also did an Escape the Room on the boat which was a blast. We were in a group of 12 and yes, we did escape! There was always music whether it was in a bar or out on a main deck. Some of the singers left a lot to be desired, but the general vibe was upbeat on the boat so it didn't really matter if not everyone could sing. There were always photographers taking random photos or getting photos of us before or after dinners. We had such a great time that we booked a cruise for next summer before we got off the boat. Different ports and a different ship, but still Royal Caribbean. If you are wavering about going on a cruise-do it. You won't regret it! Read Less

I chose to cruise in order to de-stress, relax and enjoy a family vacation. Our experience on board Harmony of the Seas was truly that of royalty. It began at check-in. We were checked-in and on the ship by 10:30a.m. Our rooms were ready prior to the designated time of 1pm. The thermal suite package from Vitality Spa provided daily pampering services. We also enjoyed the early seating at all of the entertainment and activities we attended; therefore, we always had great seats. There was so much to do that you could never get bored. The ports (Labadee, Jamaica, and Mexico) offered a nice getaway from the cruise ship and good deals for shopping. No worries at all. Received royal treatment from room attendant, dining attendant, guest services, and all of the other staff that we were in contact with. We have booked next year's cruise and has started the countdown all over again for another amazing vacation. Read Less

We chose the Harmony because we wanted to experience the new amenities. We had a Boardwalk balcony that came with a soda package. Room was great but you can sometimes hear revelers at night, luckily not every night. MDR was great, however only “good” by RCI high standards. We didn’t try any of the specialty dining it was cost prohibitive for our group. We still love the diversity of cuisine in the Windjammer. The addition of the hand washing stations outside the Windjammer was a thoughtful welcome addition. Service was absolutely awesome. Everyone went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Entertainment and activities were fun and diverse. We went with a group whose ages ranged from 14-92 years old and everyone had an awesome time. The teen lounge was the primary reason I only saw my daughter for dinner and pictures. Shore excursions were plentiful. A cab ride from Falmouth to Montego Bay was a bargain. Overall, this was my third sailing on an Oasis class ship and it was the most fun. The waterslides and Abyss tipped the scale in awesomeness. Read Less

The kid's clubs were great! my 5-year-old loved all of the activities they had planned. I like how they slipt up the kids groups into small groups close in age. Even though my 2-year-old (2 months from being 3) was not old enough to go into the 3-5 year old club, they let him trial the club and eventually let him in (he has been potty trained from 17 months, and is very vocal and good at playing with older kids). He also liked going in an playing with the other kids. The cabins were really clean, and the layout was well thought out. we stayed on an inside cabin. My kids slept so well because of how dark the cabins were. I liked the build in night light that stayed on when all the other lights were out. I also liked all of the charge ports and storage solutions. The food was excellent. I like the buffet (windjammer) the best. The food was always fresh, and tasted great. I liked how you had to wash our hands to get into the buffet area, it makes everything a lot cleaner. The water slides were a blast. If you go around 5pm there wasn't as big of a line. The flo rider was fun, but on my trip one of them wasn't working properly, so the lines were longer. Overall I loved the ship and would come back again. Read Less

Fantastic experience, largest ship in the seas. This was my 11th cruise so I can tell great from poor. Food was great, staff was always pleasant and helpful! Every night we ate in the dinning hall at the same table with our family. We had the greatest wait staff you could imaging. My daughter (23 years old) needs a gluten free diet. The staff met with her every day to discuss what would be available to eat each night. When we ate off the ship they made sure someone would be available to assist her on land with gluten free food. We have already signed up for a Mediterranean cruise in September 2019 Highly recommend Royal Caribbean cruises if you like cruising. It is difficult to find a cruise line that gets it all right food, entertainment, service the whole package is amazing. Best prices will come from a travel agent. Read Less

We had 3 generations on this cruise, so chose Harmony for the variety of activities. We all loved our individual experiences. We had a genie who took care of everything and anything for us. He exceeded our expectations and then some. We had a 2 bedroom suite for the family. It was nicely appointed. We especially liked the large deck. We had room service deliver every morning which we ate around the 6 person table on the deck. The food was mostly excellent. We especially enjoyed dining at the 501 restaurant. Scrumptious! I only took 1 excursion, a snorkeling trip out of Cozumel, Mexico. I did not feel like safety was up to U.S. standards. No discussion of location of life vests. No buddy system in the water. Our 15 year old enjoyed every minute. He made several friends and they seemed to have a blast together. Think he tried every activity available. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Best vacation ever! Read Less

The best service by all staff on board, at all times. All so helpful, smiling, professional, from dining staff to housekeeper. So many activities all hours, for us and our children. Every show was different and some of the best we've ever seen, simply spectacular! I said "WOW" more times on this ship during this week then I have in my entire lifetime. Drew was very cool, and flawless at all shows. The love& marriage gameshow, the Greaae show, the shows at the aqua theater and royal theater were all remarkable! Also, the escape room, the zipline and I could go on and on.....we loved the activity guides and the TV channels that explained everything happening! We asked many others who have cruised and they all agreed Royal Caribbean is the best way to go! Thank You for an unforgettable vacation! We wont wait so long for our next cruise! Read Less

I was looking for a Family Cruise with a lot of Onboarding Options... when I saw the Harmony of the Seas in the Royal Caribbean Web Site, I didn't doubt to choose this Ship for our annual Vacations. I decided to take one Suite for my family of 4, and it was very confortable and with enough space for everything. After having more than 5 Cruises experience, without any doubt, this was was the Best of the Best!!!. Now, beyond the Ship, and the overall Entertainment, I might say, the best was the warm service of the people supporting us during our cruise experience. Specially, O'Neil, our Cabin Assistance!!!, Quodes for him!!!. The food, was also excellent, and I do see a bigger selection of healthy food versus previous experiences. A good change was the way to do Inmigration at the end of the cruise, very well planned and much quicker than the past. Read Less
