Harmony is quite amazing. So large, so clean and full of personable and professional staff to make the 7 days enjoyable and packed with endless fun. Raj, Checker, Desai, Fethi and David. . . .thank you for the kindness. There is almost too much to do on Harmony. Although the ship is new and magnificent, the number of cruisers is staggering and in the pool area and the Windjammer the crowd can be overwhelming. But, everything is so clean! And the Staff amazing! Traveling with 23 in our family, it was tough to coordinate with so many floors & elevator delays on this size ship, there are only so many floors you can walk up. The boardwalk is special and great for kids w/ carousel, climbing toy and shows! But, do they have to charge extra for popcorn and cotton candy? The piano bar was a favorite. Bigger kids love Sorrentos but they missed not having Ben and Jerry's. The activity deck had lots to do but needed better RC supervision, especially mini golf which was a free for all. The kids clubs for younger kids could be better at recruiting the kids to want to be there . . . my kids, 6 and 9, just didn't catch the "excitement" of the clubs when we stopped by (I wish they had but I was more disappointed then the staff of the clubs!). Watch out for the game rooms, our kids racked up over $100 in 1/2 hour with older cousins . . .it was an expensive lesson for all of us. 6pm scheduled Dinner time is the best for bringing the family together and allowing 23 of us to share the daily excitement and to coordinate our plan for that evening's entertainment. There are lots of great choices for dinner, some culinary delights, and some just good (but never less than good). The Dining Room staff was great again and very accommodating of all, especially the children. There can never be enough information to help everyone take advantage of all the fun. The computer system (booking excursions, etc. ahead of time) could be more user friendly from the website and the computer programs around the ship are a great idea but they are not as intuitive or as informative as they can be. Our rooms, mostly suites, were spacious and meticulous. "Suite life" with access to the 17th floor made the massive ship more personable and relaxing. A nice touch. Highlights: The Diving show, the comedians, Grease, the keystone cop like diving/ swimming show on Day 7 on the ship were great. Excursions: the Chuka Good Hope "Ultimate Thrill Seeker Adventure" tour in Falmouth, Jamaica (Daniela, Dwayne, Baboo and the ATV crew were so fun) and the Twister speedboat to Paradise Island in Cozumel were both so authentic and professional. Great port villages in Cozumel and Falmouth, they were beautiful cultural experiences. Labadee is a paradise too but don't let them crowd too many of you in one place, the water is Caribbean magic all around Labadee. Rafts and a Cabana make the day enjoyable. Bring cash in small bills for purchasing Haitian crafts or hand made items, it's fun to trade with the people of the island. We previously sailed on Liberty, that size ship was easier to manage for our very large group, but this was also a fully packed, awesome family adventure. Again, the professional, kind, diverse and interesting staff make the memories from Royal Caribbean . . . life long treasures! Read Less

This is my first cruise and I enjoyed it! The crew and the ship were pretty amazing. The ship is huge and has many activities to offer! There were not many dull moments. There were many things to do and the crew was friendly, professional, and fun to hang out with. The embarkation and disembarkation were smooth and hassle free. The crew was top notch. A great thanks to Greame, Helena, Octavio, Seneca, Isbeth, Imre, and others on the cruise. They made the cruise fun. They were professional, positive, and fun to hang out with. The excursions provided by the cruise was fun and allowed for a variety of activities at each place docked. In the future, there are excursions outside the cruise that I am going to visit. Royal Caribbean did a good job of giving a taste of what it is to be in Haiti, Jamaica, and Cozumel/Playa Del Carmen/Tulum/Chichen Itza, Mexico. The caves in Playa Del Carmen were amazing. The guide, Raul, was very informative on how the caves are maintained, he provided great safety, and an enjoyable experience. Richard, in Jamaica, gave a great idea of the culture in Jamaica. Professional and great person. The guide in Labadee for kayaking was a great guide in getting a great experience of Labadee. The locals were very nice to us. Read Less

The ship has a lot to offer in entertainment, activities and dining as well. You can be the whole trip inside the ship and you will have something to every time. We were in an interior cabin and have to tell that it is very well distributed and comfortable. Our experience at Grande Dining Room was excellent, Mary Jane did the best serving us. We enjoy the latin music at Boleros and 80s music at Dazzle. Some friends in our group went to Karoke nights and they had a lot of fun there. The only sad event was one day at Sea that we were seated around the pool and we were a group of friends chatting and celebrating that we met 3 years ago and somebody from the crew order us to lower the voice because it was disruptive to other guest. We didn't understood that because it was an open space were other people were chatting together and Live Band was playing there. It didn't make sense. We took a Catamaran excursion at Falmouth, Jamaica and frankly it doesn't woth the money. They take you to a beach that has a Margaritaville beach bar and you have to pay for drinks and food, doesn't have too many options and it is expensive.During the trip they will give you Beers and Margaritas as complimentary. We went to Xcaret Excursion, the place is beautiful you will need a couple of days to enjoy everything they offer. The excursion was suppossed to include a visit to 5th avenue at Playa del Carmen, the famous shopping area but the Tour Guide told us there was not enough time to do it. They need to be more organized, otherwise should eliminate that from the excursion. We went to one of the Specialty restaurants named Sabor Taqueria and have to tell you it woth the money. The guacamole, tacos and everything we taste there was delicious and they prepare a Sweet and Spicy Margarita that was spectacular. We were a grouo of 16 friends and overall we can say it was a great experience. Read Less

Embarkation and disembarkation was super smoothly. Ship was luxurious, extremely clean and cabins/staterooms super comfortable (had an oceanview balcony that was fantastic and was shared among me, husband, and two teens...not crowded at all). Crew/staff was courteous, friendly and happy to be at services. There were various restaurants and dining areas to choose from. Plenty activities for all ages (My group of 19 family and friends to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. Ages ranging from children, pre-teens, teens, young adults, adults and elderlies). Outstanding service throughout the ship to satisfied all your needs. Ports staff/crew very helpful and always willing to help you. Extensive list of shore excursions that will leave you wanting more. My children loved the "freedom" they had to explore on their own. And my parents love the fact that they could do many of their favorite activities like bingo, trivia challenges, casino and more. Definetely, the best cruise I have ever been on. Highly recommend it! Read Less

I wanted to cruise on the newest ship from Royal Caribbean and enjoy the time with the family. We had cruised on Allure of the Seas before. My experience with Allure was far greater than this one. CD on Allure was Allan Brooks vs Bobby Brown on Harmony. There is no comparison. Allan was the best. Also, the main dining room (Silk) experience wasn't good at all. Food quality was mediocre. Service was so so. I felt like the the servers don't want to serve any alcohol in the main dining room. Whenever I need a refill, I had to call the server and ask for the refill. We ate in the main dining room two nights only. Then, I complain to to staff and then decided to eat in other places(Windjammer, Solarium Bistro, Chops Grille, and Jamie's Italian). They were all good. Our stateroom attendant (Fnu Samsudin) was great! My adult children stayed in a different room. One of my son was cruising 1st time. They had a great time. They are not as critical as me. They didn't have any complaints. Read Less

This was my first cruise, and I traveled with my husband, two cousins and their husbands. We flew down the day before the cruise departed and spent a night in Miami Beach which was amazing. We stayed at Hotel Ocean which I highly recommend. It was really nice and right in the heart of the nightlife on Ocean Drive. We took a taxi to the ship the next morning, and boarding was smooth and the staff was welcoming. We had no clue what to do or where to go but there were staff positioned all throughout the ship to guide us to where we needed to go. We were a little concerned about the number of people on board and how crowded it would be. The first day or two, everything seemed a little crowded because people were still trying to find there way around the ship. By Day 2 or 3 everyone seemed to gravitate to the things they enjoyed the most which made the spaces feel much less crowded. There was a great variety of activities on board, and even though were spent 7 days on board, we didn’t have time to get to nearly half of them. The dance parties were great and the entertainment was phenomenal. Toby-Joe Reilly was one of the most amazing singers and musicians I’ve ever heard. We went to the Boot and Bonnet almost every night to see him perform. The bartenders and servers there were the best on the ship. Not sure what his whole name is, but “Remy” went above and beyond for us, and all the staff there was amazing. We didn’t eat in any of the specialty restaurants, but every restaurant on the ship had amazing food. The variety at times was overwhelming and we often found ourselves eating when we weren’t even hungry. The beverage package was an awesome deal, and having it took the stress out of having to worry about how much we were spending on each drink. The Windjammer never disappointed us for breakfast or lunch, but when we wanted to avoid the crowds, we went to the Park Café or the Solarium Bistro. The Promenade Café had great sandwiches, and our night was never complete without a stop at Sorrentos for pizza. The food in the Main Dining Room was amazing. The first night we each ordered a starter, an appetizer and an entrée, but by Day 4 we were ordering two entrees each when we couldn’t decide which dish we wanted. Before my trip I read a lot of complaints about being charged for Room Service and I agree that it’s a bit much. But they do offer complimentary continental breakfast as long as you have your order on your door before 3am, so we did that every night. It was good for me, because I need a little coffee in me before I can get moving and face the public. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. Besides the ones I already mentioned, some who stood out were Mary at the Coastal Kitchen, Ayana at Bolero’s, and waiters on Deck 5 of the Main Dining Room. We had several different ones and they were all great. Delroy was exceptional and every night he made sure our experience there was amazing. The food was awesome, too. The first night we each ordered an appetizer and an entrée, but by Day 4 we were ordering two entrees a piece when we couldn’t decide which dish we wanted. For the most part, our time at the ports was enjoyable. Labadee was beautiful. My cousin rented a cabana which provided a nice escape from the heat. The complimentary lunch was good, but lacked healthy options. My cousins did the zip line and, even though both were really nervous beforehand, they said it was amazing and totally worth it. We all did the Dunn’s River Falls and Raggae Hill excursion and were not happy with it at all. We weren’t told many details ahead of time and it was not at all what we expected. The day was extremely drawn out, Raggae Hill was a huge disappointment, my cousin became ill because of the food, and by the end of the day, we were all pretty tired, frustrated and miserable. I will say that our tour guide really worked hard to meet our needs, so our dissatisfaction was only with the tour itself and not a reflection of the quality of her service. Cozumel was great. After our experience with the previous excursion, we decided to go on our own at this port. A lot of the cab drivers were trying to get us to pay $50 a piece to go to the beach, but we found a driver who spent some time with us to figure out what we wanted to do and he took care of us. We said we wanted a place that had some bars, a place to eat and beach access. He did us one better and took us to Paradise Beach which had all of those things AND a pool. The place was amazing and only cost $3 to get in! They ask that you spend another $10 on food and drink, but we were going to do that anyway. It was, by far, the best day we had on shore. Disembarking was a breeze. We put our bags out the night before, and were well informed about what the process the following morning was going to be. We had to be out of our rooms by 9:00, which gave us enough time to have breakfast and finish up a few small tasks in the morning. The baggage claim area was well organized and there were tons of employees posted all throughout it to answer questions or help in any way. An employee helped us with our bags, took us right to our taxi and we were on our way. Like I said, this trip was an amazing experience, and with the exception of the Raggae Hill excursion, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute on this vacation. I highly recommend it, and can’t wait to take my kids on the next one! Tips:  Get all of the details about any of the excursions before paying for them. Be prepared and know what to expect, so you can decide whether or not it really is right for you.  Learn the names of the staff members, or jot their names down when they give you exceptional service. There were so many staff members I wish I could recognize, but I can’t remember all of their names.  Time meals to avoid the crowds. Windjammer is consistently crowded, but it is packed during peak times. Plan your day accordingly in order to avoid them. Read Less

4th cruise with RC. Overall, very good which is why we keep going back. This time I was disappointed with the main dining (dinner). Dining staff seemed short handed. Those who served us were friendly, professional and accurate but we felt rushed. Reminded me of a high school sports banquet. Never offered a cocktail before our meal. Mashed potatoes were instant. Chicken was dry. Beef was tasteless. Lamb shank however was awesome!! Most other non-beef options were good - very good. Menu options seem endless. 4 out of 5 stars! Had to knock RC one star for the food. Dining experience is what I enjoy the most on cruises. Chops however, was awesome but I was not prepared to pay extra every night. State Room Attendant was the very best I have experienced. Above and beyond. Tons of stuff to do. Read the Compass (daily paper) for selections. Book your excursions well BEFORE you sail. You can save some money by using the local taxi service on St. Thomas if you want to just see the island or go to a specific location like Megan's Bay. Overall, very good experience. Would certainly recommend and will repeat. Perhaps on a smaller ship. Read Less

Getting aboard and disembarkment was a breeze. Multiple dining options. We were never limited to where we had to eat or what we had to eat. Lots of new foods to try and comfort foods available for back up. Kids friendly menu and selections. Multiple pools every every age group. Lots of entertainment including musicals, ice shows, even acrobats. Staterooms were very comfortable and attended at least twice a day. So no worries about running out of towels. Excursions were easy to plan and even found one after exiting the boat in St Kitts. Lots of shopping available on or off the ship at very reasonable prizes. This was the first boat I found that we could participate in activities with our kids. (Putt-putt, slides, surfing, etc.) Oh, yes and ice cream and cotton candy every day. The boardwalk was my daughter's dream come true with the carousel, hot dogs cotton candy, ice cream, face painting, etc. Read Less

Everything was great from A-Z, it was a fantastic trip. I am very happy with the service, staff, ship and entertainment. The ship is so spacious and there is so much to do. There are so many restaurants to choose from we had dinner at a different restaurant ever night. The meal options are endless. I'm on a low carb diet and they accommodated me at every restaurant. The entertainment was awesome, the shows are very good and worth seeing. The rooms are very nice love the seating areas we had in our room and 2 TV's. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of stores and every day they have a different special. I love that you can prepay almost everything (Drink Package, Internet, Arcade, Photos, Shore Excursions, Specialty Dining & Spa Services). They also have an Escape Room, Carousel and Ice Skating Rink for entertainment for the whole family. My Children had a fantastic time, they joined the Teen Club and they had a lot of activities planned for them. I would recommend any of the Oasis Class ships, they are fantastic and have something for everyone in your family. Read Less

Opportunities to rock climb, ice skate. Beautiful decor on the boat with a lovely Central Park on deck 8. Musical entertainment was professional. Dining room food was good to very good, service slow at times because of the number of people to serve. Very attentive dining room staff. Lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Windjammer buffet breakfast and lunch were superior to excellent. Ports of call were typical of the Caribbean cruises on most cruise lines. Varied excursions as usual. Fitness facility was superb but smelled smoke at times - probably a ventilation problem. In general a very good experience. One downside was having to pay for every little extra with service charges added on automatically. Also be prepared to spend time waiting in line at buffet when cruising all day. But with 6000 passengers on board that is hard to avoid. Read Less

There were great reviews so we choose this cruise. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were wonderful and the entire staff especially the statesman and restaurant staff went above and beyond. The staff were very professional and personable. There were a variety of excursions to select from during the 7 day cruise. We selected an excursion for St. Maarten as well as in Haiti. They were a great value and the ease of getting to and from was great. Also the pictures that were captured during the excursions were priceless. The entertainment was amazing and we had so much fun; the audience participated! The individuals who performed in Grease were very entertaining and professional; we loved the show and would have viewed it a second time if time allowed. Harmony of the Seas is an amazing cruise and we will definitely schedule another cruise in the near future. Read Less

Harmony of the Seas gave my family and I one of the best cruise experiences. Nothing compared to it. The embarkation was smooth. As soon as you were done going through security, we were allowed on the ship. The ship was outstanding. Both the appearance and the service. The staff welcomed you warmly, they were always willing to help and always had the answer. The cabin was spacious and cleaned only when we chose. They gave you a sign allowing you to either not be disturbed or allow them to clean. Dinning was easy access. There were places to eat everywhere. On the 16th floor, the WindJammer was available. Central park, there were places to stop eat or drink. Though there are three cruising days, there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. There were shows throughout the day, games and competitions at various areas of the ship. But, when we aren't cruising, there were various shore excursions available. It made it very easy to find something to do, without running out of time. Overall, the week on Harmony of the Seas was an outstanding experience for not only me but my whole family. The ship, the cabin, dinning, entertainment, service and shore excursions were all amazing. Read Less

Very organized and efficient at getting you on and off the ship in a timely manner, both for shore excursions and for disembarking and embarking. The shore excursions were fabulous, and there is always something new to do on the ship. The shows and performances were world class. We have yet to be disappointed, as the ships keep getting better and better. Each time we cruised we tried to experience something different we haven't done before (Yes, the ships are that big with tons of activities and entertainment). The staff is amazing everywhere on the ship, they are very thoughtful and courteous. The ships are so well constructed and made that you feel like your on a city on a boat. I barely feel any ocean movement every time me and my wife cruises. Me and my wife loved the central park section of the boat. (Great for couples) The food is fantastic. Royal Caribbean never disappoints. The ship was beautiful, the service was impeccable and the shows were some of the best. We saw the O water show in Vegas and the amphitheatre water show rivaled the Vegas show on the Harmony. The service was not lacking. The only problem I can see is the communication between the Miami office and the ship. That has been the only problem I have had taking special access groups onboard their ships. I find that no matter how many times I verify what is needed and assured that the special need is taken care of, the ball seems to be dropped in at least one or two cabins. However, that being said, Royal Caribbean is the only cruise line that truly tries to accommodate any special needs group and they do succeed and the experience finally does come together to make all happy. I'm a loyal Royal Caribbean cruiser and I like the ships the bigger and newer the better. However, I feel the bigger they get, the lesser amenities and attention given for your loyalty. Talking to other travelers on other cruise lines, amenities and attention have been better. They cater more towards children. Nothing against children, but that same attention should be given to us as well. For example, diamond status should have more access other than a diamond lounge for departure, happy hour (we don't drink) and very limited internet access in a 24-hr consecutive period per cabin. We cruised another line and we each received 90 min internet to be used anytime during our cruise. Also, special seats are reserved in the shows for diamond plus, pinnacle, etc. and only open to the public 10 minutes before the show begins. The majority of the time those class status people don't even show up. If they feel it is necessary, diamond status should count for something. We are loyal cruisers, too. I felt the shows were excellent. Our cabins were great; more closet space and a good size shower. Not much to watch on TV nor were the movie choices good on the big screen. Felt food was good in windjammer, but better all around in the main dining room, especially at lunch. Their salad was out of this world. However on departure day, food and service was terrible. My husband ordered pancakes which took forever and when he finally got them, they were not done. I ordered wheat toast but received white toast. They should also offer prune juice as a juice choice in both places. I have cruised other ships and am considering cruising the others again. We booked this cruise 7 months out and didn't even qualify for any shipboard credit. Like I stated before, the bigger they get, the less they offer you. Muster drill was worst I've ever witnessed. Too long, hot and completely disorganized. Pizza in Sorrento's was terrible. Read Less

Harmony of the Seas met our every wish. It exceeded our expectations. We have never cruised in July and loved the weather. We would do this cruise all over again! The entertainment and quality of the ship was a dream. The productions (The Thin Line and Grease) were out of this world. It goes without saying, our favorite entertainment was Toby-Joe Reilly. He was extremely talented and very kind. We looked forward to watching him play at the pub each evening. Our only point of complaint was not knowing exactly what was included on the cruise and what was an extra expense. For example, the specialty restaurants. How were we to know what was extra? We didn't know looking at our TV was an option to see all the different menus and prices until a few days aboard. Again, minor complaint in the big picture. Can't say enough good things about the entertainments and staff. Read Less

We had a family reunion with 18 people and 3 generations. I was the planner and worked on this for over a year and thought I had every detail nailed down. I was disappointed to arrive and have our dinner seating at 3 separate tables, even though I had specifically asked for a table for 8 and a table for 10. This was a big deal simply because it was the only time of day we all were in the same place at the same time to connect with each other. The wait staff was apologetic and it was fixed within a day. They then double checked with The cruise itself was amazing and the perfect venue for all of our different abilities, personalities and age groups. Each group always had something to do. We have sailed twice on the Oasis and I have to say the sports staff on the Harmony wasn't as great. I have a 12 year old son obsessed with basketball and TWO of the three activities he was able to do on the basketball court just didn't happen. There was no excuse, reason, or explanation- he just showed up to do it and as always the court was dominated by grown men. This was a big let down for him. He did occasionally squeeze himself into these games, but needless to say, he can't guard or play successfully with a 30 year old man. The teen group 12-14 wasn't really offered a lot of sports court time. Excursions: We have been to Nassau and hired our own boat (check Trip Advisor for choices). My husband did the Coral Reef and Coral Sea (I think that is what it is called) and it was horrible. There was no coral, they were trapped underwater without air conditioning while a guy snorkeled and brought random items to the window to impress them. Eight of our party went on this and they ALL hated it. (These were the glass is half full part of our party, too....) We did the volcano hike in St Kitts and it was... well, stressful and strenuous. It is a hurried, vertical 3 mile climb- NOT hike- up mud covered slick rocks where all you can think of is literally not falling and dying. NOT for anyone out of shape or under 16. I prayed the entire way up and down that the ten of us doing it would survive and not break any bones. If you like defying death or just want a solid 6 hours of cardio and a solid hamstring/glute/quad workout, go for it. My sister said it was the high point of her trip. (She is kid free and runs ten miles a day.) These are the only things we can think of that weren't amazing- it was a great way to spend a week with family and we already are planning on doing it again. The ship was still new and didn't smell of body odor- yet. The Oasis was quite smelly last spring! The food was amazing, plentiful, and of great variety. I could splurge and enjoy or have a kick butt salad. I only intermittently ran into family I was trying to avoid. We previously have stayed on deck 9 with a window out to Central Park, but went for a balcony on 12 this time. We didn't like it as much and will go back to level 9 next time because I felt the motion of the ship more and also WAAAAY more noise from the pools on 15 got into our room all day. Napping was impossible but night was mostly quiet- once they were done moving deck chairs. We all loved our cabin attendants and my cheap family members even tipped over and above because they had worked so hard. The shows were good and entertaining- not life changing but nice to watch. My sister went to the aqua show 4 nights in a row. My 12 yr old son says, when pressed, "There was stuff to do. You are never bored. It was lit." My 14 yr old daughter, when pressed, "It was nice and freeing... you got to do whatever you wanted. The free food was great." Not helpful, I know, but they are teens. As their mom, the simple fact that they asked to go back is answer enough:) We did Club Med Cancun last summer and the kids said this was way more fun. My nieces hated Club Med and loved this- they don't make friends on vacation easily but had a great time on ship. Read Less

We had done Oasis and Allure of the Seas before so we decided to try this newest and boldest ship of RC. We loved entertainments on the ship especially the shows at Aqua theatre. Lots of activities that you can do on sea days such as water slides, zip lining, the Ultimate Abyss slide and rock climbing...The foods overall were very good, and we still had lobster dinner on the second formal night. The ship is very well laid out so we had no problem to navigate around. I love the variety locations that RC offers for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. We could go for quick breakfast at Central Park Cafe where it served sandwiches, bagels, fruit cups....Hot dogs at Boardwalk were yummy and Pizza at Sorrento was always fresh. The only thing that we didn't see was midnight buffet. If you like jogging at sea like me you will love the running track on this ship. It goes around the ship on deck 5 without any obstructions (0.6666km per lap). In general, we had an awesome time on this beautiful ship. Will do it again if the price is right. Read Less

I did choose this cruise for the ship, and it was recommended by my travel agent. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We really like the shows and differences entertainment. We like the choice of food from other countries. I really enjoyed the afternoon reading and relaxing in the balcony facing the Central Park and the music too. We did not visit any port, but we play games in the library, and we reed a lot, or expend some time in the casino after dinner, Later we expend the rest of the night, listen the jazz music. WE are retired, so we can travel any time of the year, any place, except is difficult for us to fly like we used to do it, so the vest for us now is to take round excursion from Miami and from Fort Lauderdale. The cruise had a very good itinerary, it has organization, great quality of the ship, the embarkation was very organized and smooth, a lot of variety for entertainment and the ship was very beautiful, . The whole experience was great. Was taken care of the whole trip, felt like the week went by so fast and was bummed that it ended. The care for the higienic pattern was very nice too. The dinning service was great and the staff was very kind and gentle. The fitness room was excellent with a great number of equipments and variety , the cleaning was very good as well, but maybe it should have more drinking founteins and perhaps find a way to offer a higienic refill bottle only in that place to hidrate better while exercising. The food places were very good, the only incovenient about the windjammer was the seafood smell. About the cabin cleaning I would recomend to enhance the cleaning and vaccum of the floor of the cabin, maybe the tip of the staff should be after the cruise to help that. Read Less

We have been sailing with Royal Caribbean since 2008. We have cruised on Holland America, Disney, & Norwegian, but none have compared to Royal Caribbean! This new ship is pretty amazing though. It's huge, with a ton of activities for kids and adults, along with the entertainment. The Grease musical was the absolute best, I could have seen it 2 or 3 more times!!! We didn't enjoy the Ice Skating show, it seemed to be an ice skating musical show?? just kind of odd, and a lot of people were saying the same thing. The ice skating for the kids was packed. I think they need to lower the number of people on the floor. There were like 45 people skating at one time, hardly any room. I'm not sure if we would pick this particular ship again because we have had wonderful times on the other ships, and without as many people. I didn't like that there weren't as many shops on board, and I didn't see ice sculptures and carved fruit as I have before, so I guess it's give and take. The food was wonderful, and the rooms seemed to have more room and better layouts. Beautiful ship though. Read Less

This ship was nothing short of amazing. the amazing neighborhoods and entertainment provided non-stop activities. It was great having so many things to do and the option to just chill and relax and enjoy the tranquility of the sea as well. The Harmony is a state-of-the-art and a work of art in one. we purchased a 3-dinner package which gave us the flexibility to check out restaurants and eat at the Windjammer and Main Dining facility. This helped break up the monotony of being patrons of one place. My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon partaking the many shows and entertaining festivities. The staff made us feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The shore excursions provide opportunities to enjoy various activities. Unless you disembark once the port opens, the limited time does not provide time to do excursions and learn about the island and wether they're worth visiting again. I would like to see the length of time extended for island stays. With three sailing days, it gave us ample time to enjoy the ship's amenities. I highly recommend this cruise. Read Less
