I'm going to start with the one negative, elevators. I got to know the stairs pretty well b/c the elevators were constantly full and/or took forever. There is 6000 people on board so it is what it is, excercise is a good thing. If you don't like crowds Harmony is not for you, but you adapt. The Negative:
*If you like amusement park crowds and lines this is the cruise for you.
*Don't try to use any of the pools on sea days.
*The buffet food is on par with Hometown Buffet quality. Get in the cattle line.
*The main dining is equivalent to the food that you get at any large conference.

We chose Harmony of the Seas because of the amenities and size of the ship. I didn’t even feel the ship rocking once. They have good stabilizers on the ship. My husband gets very seasick on cruises but he didn’t need to take his medicine once. There was so much to do on this ship. I chose this cruise because it looked very entertaining and packed with a lot to do. Unfortunately things were all sold out so we didn’t get to experience any of the excursions. The ship was very impressive. Overall the cruising behemoth was more than expected.
The Promenade was very nice except for the (watch an merchandise booths).They were cheap looking and needed to be more elegant and luxurious.
The Sports section was amazing with a wide variety of sports for all guests( ping pong, basketball, surfing, zip line, mini golf, etc).

Poker tournament director a dink. First tournament I could not join because 5 min late. 2nd tourment one player short and he canceled 9 minutes after published start time. Main dining waits long. It was one of the best vacations I’ve been on. Service, waiters, housekeeping, bartenders were awesome. Sat tables 330 & 328 on deck 3 main dining hall. Waiter staff was awesome. Must start with that we have had an incredibly nice experience! and memory that we value for life!
But there are some things/changes that could be better. The bed was very hard. My husband has back problems due to an old break in the back and the bed made this worse. Had luckily with painkillers, the sun beds were good offloaders. But it ruined a good part of the trip.
