Cabins as well as the boat were very clean. The waitstaff in the dining room were excellent. The excursions (included with the fare) were decent, but the logistics were horrible. Tour director blamed all errors on everyone but Viking. Lack of shuttles, poor docking spaces and "everyone else has the same problems" was the norm. When we booked, the airfare was included. We liked this cruise so much we booked two for next year! Viking takes care of everything--all you have to do is get to the airport in your home city. Have been on 9 previous Viking cruises. Wanted to do the Tulips and Windmill cruise. I think Viking is more focused on quantity rather than quality.
