Primarily this cruise was chosen because the sail date was convenient for a school half-term break. My Wife & I travelled with our daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren(age 8 & 5) and my son-in-law's parents. From the moment we arrived at the Port terminal everything swung into a finely tuned and practised event. The embarkation process was swift and painless. In just a matter of a few minutes we ...

our choice was for the Greek Isles cruise in Nov. RCCL changed our plans due to that ship no longer sailing that itinerary . They offered us this cruise at the same price which was a phenomenal deal! They offered us obc and an anniversary celebration (this was for our 25th) as a bonus. We sailed on the 28th - gift was supposed to be for the 29th . called guest services and they had no knowledge of ...

The whole start to end experience on our first cruise was faultless, facilities and staff on board the ship were spot on. The organisation of trips and staff at port exits and entry was great too, everything went smoothly. Evening dining was like fine dining, food superb in the main dining room, allocated table 148, waited on by Andika and Fnu ( aka Tariq/Taheer).every night.. Great hard working ...

We my husband and myself had never been on a cruise before and chose this cruise as it appeared suitable for all age groups and we were travelling as a part of a three generation family. The ship was not to large and the cabin suited our needs. The food was very varied and the service provided in the venues was attentive. We were unable to take any of the shore excursions due to mobility issues ...

I wanted to experience the staff services and theatre dinining. I was very disappointed by how small the carbins were. The staff were very kind and caring in a very professional capacity with humanity and had time to speak with passengers which was nice..They became part of our extended family. The toltal experience were very stylish and high level of service and cuisines throughout the day. ...

The happiest ship we have ever sailed. The service was excellent. It seemed that every crew member we met was happy to be there and happy to serve us. The food was the best we have encountered on RCCL. The entertainment was great. We particularly enjoyed Jimmy Hopper and the Hott Sands band; who play everything :rock, easy listening/dance, ballads and of course reggae; all with an up beat ...

Choose this cruise as family members and their friends had already booked it. Spent 2 fabulous days in Venice before we cruised and can recommend the Hotel Olympia, Embarkation was amazing, so fast, a very efficient and effective system. Got on board within 30 minutes of getting to the terminal. The FOOD, well it was something else. Had dinner every night in Edelwiss with 2 fantastic serving ...

We flew into Venice 2 days prior to our cruise and stayed at the Santa Marina. It was a very interesting city and we had made plans prior to arrival for tours. I was disappointed in our ship Royal Caribbean Rhapsody of the Seas. True it was an older ship, but I felt a little let down. The cabin was I would say average, but the steward Victor was great. Customer Service very rude, not ...

The Only Reason for the Extra Star is the Fantastic Ports!

We chose Royal Caribbean because we have been on several RCCL cruises before and really loved them. We were expecting the same Royal treatment that we received from previous cruises but were sadly mistaken. The ports were FANTASTIC - 5 stars! But, (aside from the dining areas), the service was terrible. The crew seemed tired and unhappy. They were not interested in making our vacation ...

My wife is of Croatian ancestry and I am of Italian ancestry and this cruise visited our grandparents birth countries and provided interesting insights into our heritages. The ports of Kotar, Dubrovnik and Livorno were new to us and the other ports had multiple opportunities for new shore excursions. The ship is one of RCI oldest and smallest, but was in great shape and easy to navigate no ...
