This has been my absolute worst trip ever (I have travelled to over 60 countries) and never experienced such a lousy service and environment in all my previous trips!

The check in process was very tedious but once we arrived at our suite I was surprised to see it was much smaller than expected. Balcony was cramped also. Barely enough room for 2 seats. Staff were a mixed bag of emotions to be honest. Some very happy, others seemed like they had enough. Food was good. Breakfast buffet was average but the ala carte was much better.

Very disappointed with customer service.
They were non attentive and did not respond to our concerns.
Wait staff were indifferent and sometimes hostile and arrogant.

This was our 35 th cruise, and our first one in Europe. The ship was beautiful and very clean. However, they served a repetitive, cheap, and limited menu. There were only a few desserts to choose from during dinner, and no coffee served which surprised me even though we bought the beverage package. We had to get coffee at the bar area after dinner.
