Sailed on a Baltic cruise, great itinerary, weather not great to start with but improved. This was our second ever cruise ( previous Arcadia) but found the Brittania a bit too big and impersonal.We had to wait nearly 2.5 hours to board at Southampton , not a good start . Britannia is one of P & O newest ships & I think I was expecting a bit more of the 'Wow' factor & was a bit disappointed. From the outside it looks very 'Grand' but falls short on the inside, but although very swish etc. just lacks something. The public rooms are functional but lack warmth perhaps. The ship is beautiful. Stunning actually. Food was amazing all over the ship. Staff were very helpful and excellent service. A big thank you to our cabin steward Cherrington.
