We chose this ship because the itinerary to Scandinavia sounded interesting and not an area we had been to before. On arrival in Southampton there were horrendous queues outside the terminal and we took 2 hours to board the ship. Cruised with P&O a total of 10 times as well as a few Marella and Princess cruises, and this was by far the worst experience we have had with P&O. Please don’t be put off by all the moaning grumpy reviews, P&O offer incredible value for money and you have to take that into account.
