First time with this company but highly satisfied. No hard sell for the few additional excursions. Staff were excellent, very efficient, professional and above all friendly. Several of our friends had booked the tour and it was an area of the world we would not otherwise see. River cruising appeals to us as there are fewer passengers and you normally arrive in the town - no tendering, etc. wine and beer are included with all meals and the staff was generous with refilling glasses. Fantastic cruise and the crew made it! Three rivers visited with the Moselle the prettiest. Crew were magnificent and helpful at all times. Six of us chose this cruise based on travel agent recommendation and the final day/night would be in Bernkastel during the wine festival. So a bit disappointed that we moored 40 miles away instead.
