This was my first cruise. I expected daily activities for all ages. My 8year old son did not enjoy the kids place. They did not have entertaining activities for the kids. The first day he said the staff told them the first two days would be boring. The arcade was a complete joke. It literally has 6 games in a tiny room. Online they advertise this as a cool perk. It was as if they were not prepared for this cruise. The pool area was very small to accommodate everyone. No slides or music. The pool area should always be party atmosphere not just a one night event. Everyone we spoke to felt the exact same way. Prior to the cruise all my friends kept telling me. The ship is sooo huge it will take you several days to see everything WRONG. By the second day we had seen everything and knew what to expect. The late night snack place was a joke. 50 plus people waiting in line for two mini slices of pizza each night. I saw teenagers bored out of their mind riding up and down the elevators for entertainment. Which was limited because the elevators were broken. The most positive thing on the ship is the staff. Wenworth made sure I had everything I needed in my room. The dinner waiters Alexis and Iketu was perfect. Ephraim in the bar on deck 6 makes the best drinks. This was not my idea of what a cruise is about. Unfortunately there is nothing to watch on tv unless you want to watch previous recording of what happened in the theater the night before. You are forced to buy the internet package to stream netflix. Read Less

We started cruising in 1992. We go on 1 or 2 a year. My wife and I decided to go on Enchantment's first cruise out of Galveston. Boy are we glad we did. It was the best cruise in years. Yes the ship is older and yes it could use some more paint but the crew and the food more than makes up for it. The food was above expectations, especially the windjammer. The crew was unbelievable even though we expect a lot from RCCL. As a rule we expect Royal to be a step above the rest and they rose above that. We did not do any shows. Grand Cayman was OK as usual. Cozumel seems to never change. Costa Maya is horrible.Just a poor poor town and beach. We went to the beach and stayed 20 minutes. Took taxi back to port area. Port area is very nice and clean. There is no reason to leave the port area. Read Less

We have been on many cruises. First time on Royal Caribbean. Worse, boring, and not friendly Cruise ever!! No entertainment on the pool area deck. The DJ was terrible in the Viking Lodge ,stopped the music, and turned on all bright lights every time someone spilt a drop or dropped a drink. The centerium area of the boat was mostly dead and the bar was design were your back was to entertainment area. The ship was old and didn’t looked kept up. There were a few issues with the electronic part. Even the guy doing (employee) music trivia complained about the age and out dated equipment. Honestly felt like we were at a floating nursing home. If bingo is your thing, Royal Caribbean Cruise is for you. On a positive note, we did like that the drink package was unlimited and usable off the boat. CooCay was very nice and well kept. Pool was clean and service was decent. CooCay was definitely the best part of the whole trip. Never again! Carnival ships in the future. Read Less

I choose this cruise because of the destination and the pictures on the web. However, I quickly found out that this boat was not at all how it looked on the site. The paint was peeling on the wall of the boat inside and out. Crew was painting areas of the boat throughout the trip. The boat had nothing exciting to do. The arcade only had 4 games. It was the size of a closet. The pool was over run by children day in and day out. The hot tubs were consistently occupied by children And they were supposed to be open 24 hours but were closed each day before the pools as well. This was not a boat for couples or married pple. Only families with small children. The food was less than average and our beds were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. We had back pains every morning and tossed and turned all night. Cococay Beach was horrible. It was under construction and there was basically nothing to do there at all. Nothing like we expected. Total disappointment. Read Less

This cruise was absolutely terrible, this was me and my husbands first cruise experience the cruise ship is so unorganized. The cruise never told us anything about downloading an app that tells you the time of everything and also did not supply us with Times of dinner, breakfast, or lunch. The last day of the cruise we got a bill with everything we had purchased they ran my card for the drink packages the first day ,and still wanted to me to pay for it. They told us that it would just come out of my bank account. They didn’t not inform us the that it would just be coming out of my bank account when we purchased it . There was no warning about how in Nassau the Atlantis location you had to purchase 5 different passes just to go through the building. You aren’t allowed I’m the swim in the pools or go on the beaches without buying a pass in the Nassau Atlantis location. The bands on the ship where terrible as well. Read Less

We were originally booked on Majesty OTS and when Royal moved her to Tampa we were placed on Enchantment OTS and told there would be a cost to move with the ship so we decided to check her out. We missed the fact that there was no C & A Top Tier Party. Also no champagne at the Captain's welcome. The weather was bad so we missed Coco Cay and we were told that we could not go there on our sea day since there was another ship calling there. However I have been on more than one cruise where more than one ship has called at Coco Cay at the same time. We did the Rainbow Reef snorkel in Nassau and it was great! The service was good both in the dinning room, windjammer, and at the bars. We did find that many of the tables in the lounges needed to be better wiped down, most were sticky around the edges and underneath. We have another trip on her because of the ship change and hopefully things will be better. Read Less

Pretty bad experience on this cruise.... Firstly the ship is pretty small, and a little dated. Ok where do i start, we were not treated well at all by our stateroom person, he was not ever polite, never greeted us period, and only said good morning to us last morning as we were leaving after i had conversation with him prior day about his lack of manners. The internet which is called "voom" is no such thing, we paid $15.99 a day for 4 days for what was sporadic internet with no ability to post any pictures or messages that took hours to upload, and my whatsapp which is only way to keep in touch with family would take an hour at a time to post message, when i complained their only solution was i should upgrade to $19.99 a day for better internet, huh? Its $4.00 a day on carnival and you cant provide quality for $15.99? I hate being nicke and dimed! So second morning we went for breakfast in dining room, we had shared table with 3 other couples, waiter recommended omelette with everything so we all agreed although some ordered preparedness different as well as varied sides, the waiter came back with 5 plates, not mine, and placed every plate with wrong person, then asked me what i ordered... Smh... Brought mine 5 minutes later, and after two bites i noticed long hair underneath my omelette and got nauseous immediately! I complained and got up right away to leave, manager was also upset and asked us to return that night for complimentary champagne, which we did but didnt return to eat there again, ate on deck 9 rest of cruise. Ok biggest disappointment was we booked cruise for rccl's private island cococay, that was the draw, we hurried off second day to get to island, we took the shuttle, and proceeded to beach, looking forward to long day of beach and bbq on beach, music, fun, etc, but after only 30 minutes we were forced out of water and told to leave island forced to leave like prisoners, that captain deemed water to rocky, i believe there were only 3 shuttles that made it on actually before having to leave, this same thing happened to us in january 2017 on majesty of the seas but we were not even allowed off on that trip, so we were pretty bummed, the captain thought it was good idea to head to nassau immediately, which was supposed to be 3rd day itinerary, we arrived at night in nassau, we did not get off as it was nighttime in nassau and its already pretty seedy during daytime, being hassled to braid hair or buy drugs. The entire trip was rocky, my wife got seasick on two of 4 days, i called rccl the day after i arrived back and complained, they said they would do investigation and get back to me in 3-5 days, its 8 days later and havent heard a word from them, prior to this cruise i had that royal would be my from now on preferred cruise line, we've done 12 cruises in last 3 years, on troyal, carnival, and norwegian, had great cruise oct 2017 on royal, but this one was horrible, not traveling on enchantment of the seas again, and think i'll give another spin on carnival next cruise! Vacation post 3weeks in America finishing with back to back cruises. Maybe we should of realised that an itinerary which only went to Coco Cay and Nassau x2 in one week was not the best. The ship itself is very tired and well past it’s best with the gym equipment needing maintenance to the Spotlight lounge being closed ( short staffed?). A karaoke night in a bar which was the through way from the casino to centrum being packed nowhere to sit with people trying to walk through, when the very large Spotlight lounge was closed, supposingly for a private function ( every night?). Entertainment was mediocre with the singers and dancers looking like they were wearing hand -me -downs and the 70’s night YMCA !!!! It’s the first time I’ve had a cabin on any ship where there was not a fridge and an interior were you had to climb over the bed to get in! The boys & girls of the catering service in the Windjammer and MDR + the housekeeping were as marvellous as ever and made the vacation special but come on Royal Caribbean this ship is not up to standard, you cannot keep building the likes of Harmony etc and expect people to put up with this tub. She butted in the conversation with us and the representative we were speaking to and told us we were holding up everyone and not in a professional way at all and could not wait to kick us off the ship and because of this experience I will make sure not to come again and will expose on social media to all of my waiting family and friends to who could not wait to hear how our honey moon went and will make sure to let them know not to book with this company! On July 9, my family, friends and I embarked on a family reunion cruise vacation onboard the Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas cruise ship. This vacation had been planned for over a year. We worked through our travel agent, Vicki Briggs. Initially, our cruise was planned on the Majesty of the Seas ship, but due to a repositioning by Royal Caribbean, our ship was changed to the Enchantment of the Seas. Behind the scenes, our travel agent worked vigorously to ensure we had similar accommodations (rooms) as reserved on the initial ship. But, when we boarded the ship on July 9, we found that our accommodations were different and there was no adjoining room for our daughter. You see, we booked the adjoining room because we have a 9-year old child. She could not be in a room alone so to gain extra room for my husband, my daughter, and I we booked an adjoining cabin. Immediately, we went to Guest Services to voice our concerns. We went with another family in our party because they also experienced the same exact issue. In the other family’s room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in addition, they also have a 9-year old and had purchased an adjoining room. We initially spoke to one of the gentlemen behind the counter. He was unable to assist us at all (he really should not have been working in customer service – he had no clue about his job – he kept leaving the desk to ask other people what to do – then he came back with no solution). Since the first person was not able to assist us, we were directed to speak with Gerald Braithwaite, the supervisor. Mr. Braithwaite listened to our concerns then informed us that a separate room for a 9-year old child should have never been booked. He told us that Royal Caribbean does not book separate rooms for children. He also stated that all guests had boarded the ship and that no other rooms were available other than 4, interior, handicapped rooms located on deck 2 and deck 3. Both families viewed all 4 rooms. We noted that there was mold and rust in the bathrooms, the walls were peeling, and the rooms smelled. But, because Mr. Braithwaite told us that this was the only option, we accepted 2 of the 4 rooms (1 family in each room), under the premise that we would receive a monetary credit or a 50% deduction on a future cruise. At this time, we did not know what the credit would be. Mr. Braithwaite asked us to come back to get the new keys after dinner. While at dinner we strongly considered keeping the rooms we had been given because the handicapped rooms were awful. At this time, we had already spent several hours into our vacation dealing with this issue, which was quite frustrating. After dinner, we returned to Guest Services and Mr. Braithwaite informed us that he miraculously had found two balcony rooms side-by-side with sleeper sofas. He showed us the rooms and although we were pretty upset about our room situation, we were tired so we accepted the new accommodations. Mr. Braithwaite told us to come and see him the following day concerning a monetary credit or credit toward a future cruise. The following day, we were offered a $350 credit to be applied to our cruise account. I immediately informed Mr. Braithwaite that this would not be enough because we paid for 2 rooms and are packed tightly into one room. He told me that this is the best he could do and to contact the “800” number to get further assistance. I contacted the “800” number but I was told that Mr. Braithwaite had all the power to resolve this issue because we were still on the cruise. I told Mr. Braithwaite what was said and he told me that Royal Caribbean actually thinks that they have rectified the situation and that they do in fact book young children in rooms next to their parents and across the hall from their parents. His story changed from Day 1. He asked me what I wanted and I stated, “I would like a refund for the 2nd room I paid for, but did not get.” He told me that Royal Caribbean does not offer refunds and that they have done everything they could to rectify the situation. In fact, he believed that since we were in a balcony room, they had gone above and beyond to make the situation right. This conversation was held over the phone. I stood at the customer service desk and spoke to Mr. Braithwaite over the phone because at this point, he was avoiding speaking to all of us. Ultimately, we were given a $350 credit, which I did not agree to. Since we had spent money on the cruise, we actually owed almost $700 so we did not get that credit at all. We did not get the 50% off of a future cruise because that would have involved us booking another cruise which would have cost us a $100 per person deposit. That would have been an additional $300 out of pocket. We spent a large part of our vacation trying to get what we paid for, but what we received was stress, headaches, terrible accommodations, and rude customer service. Room Conditions: Terrible. There was mold and rust in my shower. There was mold in the soap dispenser (which we know the housekeeper knew about because she had to remove it to refill it). The room smelled, the bathroom smelled. There were stains all over the couch. There was also a hole in the couch. The phone had dirt and grime all over it. The balcony had not been cleaned. The door to the balcony had not been cleaned. It was evident that juice or ketchup or something had been splattered on the door and the housekeeper just didn’t clean it. The walls were dirty as well. I have attached pictures of everything that I could capture. Spa, Bathrooms around the Ship: The curtains in the Spa were very dirty and so were the windows (extremely). I have attached pictures of the floor of the spa. It way dirty and grimy. Ship Condition: When we were walking onto the ship, we got nervous because there was rust everywhere. We went on a Carnival cruise in May and although that ship was an older ship, they took care of that boat. When we would dock daily, the maintenance crew was painting the outside of the ship so that no rust could be seen. Not on the Enchantment of the Seas. There was/is rust everywhere. Other: I also took pictures of the chairs we sat in for dinner. They are filthy. So is a lot of the other furniture on the ship. It is either broken or very dirty. Background Information about Me: I have worked in the hospitality, travel and tourism industry for over 20 years. I attended the Culinary Institute of America, Johnson & Wales and have earned degrees in culinary arts and hospitality administration. I have the utmost respect for service industry professionals. This is not a customer being extremely picky. This was completely poor service all around and as paying customers we simply deserved better. We are very disappointed in the condition of this ship and find it hard to believe that a large corporation like Royal Caribbean would be okay with selling substandard vacations to thousands of people each year. It’s unbelievable. Read Less

This cruise was awful. The ships decor looked like an old Las Vegas casino. Horrible and outdated. Our room was dingy and very small. Cigarette burns in the furniture. The bed felt like a board with a blanket on it for padding. The food was really bad. All carbs in the Windjammer. Nothing in the food was outstanding. We purchased deluxe drink packages yet very little good quality alcohol was available. You have to sign a receipt for every drink you purchase. So you spend several hours in bar and still have to sign each receipt. The description of excursions was not what we got. We rented two bungalows...$600.00 a piece. it indicated that we would have waiters and that food would be served there. we had no waiters...had to walk down beach to bar. and lunch was the same. and OMG the food was horrible. The hamburgers they served were soaking in water precooked and thrown on the grill when you ordered them to warm them up. Some seafood was served and would not eat... was not cooked completely. Then, We went to Nassau for a port of call. We expected to shop and eat lunch in a restaurant. It was a slum! beggars and continued harassment walking down the street sidewalk. Every shop had the same crap. We and everyone else that went to the town turned around and went back to the ship for safety. The ship was the Enchanted Sea...avoid at all cost. Use another line... this was the worst!! I could go on and on...but will say that I will NEVER go on a Royal Carribean cruise again. First and last one. Read Less

Kids area had to pay for arcade games and their “area” was a 500sf? room with one fooseball table, a couch and a tv. My kids were NOT excited. I could have spent the same amount of money having a great time at Atlantis than on this ship. 1st cruise and probably last. Rock climbing wall and bungee trampoline was closed 1st day for rain and next day no one was there so not sure why it was closed again. We finally got a turn on the ping pong table. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been on several cruises, but this was by far the worst. The food for was terrible- all 3 meals times, nothing but dried up pizza after 10 PM. They took gratuities right on the bat without any decision of the guest, including when you ordered a drink @ 18 percent. We pay 43 dollars per person x 8 people for 3 days for house keeping service, and the rooms look at if they had not been vacuumed, toilet cover seat was full of dust-look as if had not been dusted for several months, sheets were not changed, only the bed covers were throw back over the bed. I pay over 12,000 dollars for 8 people and had to pay an additional 600.00 before leaving the ship-GRATUITIES. i can not understanding why these companies will not pay their employees. They are taking all the money for themselves and we have to pay the employees-it's not my company. They said the housing keeping gratuities is in the contract in microscopic writing-they knew this information could not be seen by most guest. I am so disappointed. 1st time going on Royal Caribbean and the last. The rock climbing nor the bouncy cord was in operation during all 3 days. The kids were looking forward to the rock climbing and cord. They had to contend with swimming in salty sea water-all day. Please do not waste your money on this cruise line. Read Less

The music at the theater was top notch and very well prepared with outfits for each song. Our stateroom and attendant was top notch and very informative..he was always helpful and made special towel animals for us to enjoy. We ate at the My Fair Lady dining room a couple of times and the quality is of a 5 star restaurant. We never received a bad meal the whole time. I just wanted to share how horrendous my past experience was with your cruise line. If I wanted to book a “tacky” Carnival Cruise, I would have. I chose Royal Caribbean because my past experiences (gold member) have assured me that you have the highest quality standards in every detail from ship to service. This was not the case in my past experience with the Enchantment of the Seas. This was a surprise vacation for my fiancé’s birthday and it was also her first (and most likely last) experience with RC. First, the ship is falling apart with rust everywhere. There was even a piece of the outdoor bar that fell apart in the middle of the cruise. The room was humid with a musty smell throughout the bedding and even in the frayed bed sheets. The pillows smelled like mold. The bathroom smelled of raw sewage and the amenities were not up to today’s standards. Utterly unacceptable as a guest who purchased a junior suite. Furthermore, it absolutely unacceptable to sell tickets on a ship that has standards from 20 years ago. The ship was crowded, the lines were long and it was disgusting watching people fight over food in the windjammer everyday as a result. I wanted to be on a relaxing vacation not in a chaotic “fight for your food” environment. As a business executive myself , it became obvious that the enchantment of the seas is the RC “cash cow” squeezing every possible margin and not caring about their customers but also their staff. A number (not just one) we’re obviously drunk, due to their breath and speech. Unacceptable. In addition to being drunk, on several occasions the staff was rude and not helpful, for example of many, the bartender made snarky expressions when you tipped them an “unacceptable” amount from their perspectives. However, I do believe this what happens when you create a miserable low salary experience for your employees in hopes of squeezing margins. It shows. The food was horrible to an extent that you forced me to an up sell with chops. Within my fair lady the salmon was dry and steak did not even seem real. On the one positive, the chops experience is aligned with how I thought Royal Caribbean was throughout. Empathetic, intelligent and polite staff, great food, and relaxing (not chaotic) atmosphere. We would’ve went twice, but it was booked the second night, not a surprise either. I have a hunch that it is a strategy to make your food so mediocre in main dining hall that it forces your customers to Chops. Unethical. To be clear, it also rained the whole trip and this did not impact this review. I would’ve been this disappointed rain or shine. As one suggestion, it might make sense to this about rainy weather programming throughout the ship. My only options were to drink a presumably high fructose alcoholic beverage or get my tongue analyzed by an acupuncturist. Read Less

The main dining room staff were the worst on our last night. We chose this cruise as our Honeymoon and we both worked OT and saved for it. Now looking back we were told the wrong thing form the start. We were expecting a beautiful cabin with wine strawberry's etc, because that is what we had been told as we communicated with RCI over the last few months, what we got was a dirty, weathered room full that was on poor with a low level motel. (see Pictures) . Not the start of our Honeymoon we were promised. Was told " WE ARE SO SORRY" Day 2 Cranked up the heat in our room after finally putting the things they has promised in there. We had to throw everything out and air out our room. We asked why and were told "Sorry". Day 3 All ports and Shore Excursions canceled. "WE ARE SORRY". Day 4 Charged my wife for a "Complimentary Spa massage, given after all the issues we had!! Had them fix it. Were told " WE ARE SO SORRY 2 days later They withdraw the money that they said they were not going to, out of my wife's account. Asked why they did that and was advised they needed to investigate. But " THEY WERE SORRY" 4 Days Later "WE ARE SO SORRY, WE WERE WRONG". 13 DAYS LATER Money finally returned. We contacted Corp and after multiple calls, were told that due to ruining our Honeymoon, we were only eligible for a 40% discount and $100 on board credit , as long as we cruised with them again. Toilet overflowed before it was even used first day and flooded bathroom, took two hours for someone to show up. They brought towels when they showed up when we needed a plumber. We called 4 different numbers for hours. I was up until 3am using every towel in my room to make sure it didn't flood on to the carpet. Safe broke because battery was too low, again called twice to address and it took hours for someone to show. When they showed they opened it, said battery was low and left. By this point it was so late at night I just went to bed. Worst thing that happened is I had an allergic reaction at the Vitality Spa on my face because of products they used at the pamper party. This completely turned me off from getting the facial and massage I had planned to get all week. Guest Services told me to purchase a specific package that would last the entire cruise and it only lasted 24 hrs. I will say there were some good points to the cruise. The dining was wonderful in the main dining room. The stateroom attendant was great about cleaning and staying on top of our needs and the cruise director was a joy every day! The stateroom with a balcony was also enjoyable except for all the problems we had with some of the amentities in the room. Read Less

We chose this cruise line because of short 3 night trip. We are very disappointed int the RC Suite cruise experience. We are 1st class travelers who expect the best, as we were promised, but was not delivered on this cruise line. Poor and very slow room service. Food was sub-standard from room service. Ship was not well maintained. Appearance was warn, lots of rust and wear an tear. While sun bathing on our deck, two men appeared, unannounced or expected, on a scaffold passing by our room painting the ship. The was very disturbing. Toilet smelled like porta-potty. Shops and almost all restaurants were closed during the day. Only one venue to eat at until dinner. US television shows all with voice over in Spanish. I checked language setting on television, it was English. We stayed in an owners suite, but there were little amenities as compared to our cruise experiences on the Princess Cruise line. Read Less

Our first night, my teenage son got stomach pain. It progressed to severe pain. We went to the ship Dr and they told us that it was most likely his appendix. They sent us back to our room and told us to be ready to get off the ship when it came into port in the morning. Upon arriving in Nassau Bahamas, there was an ambulance there waiting. He was taken to Doctor's Hospital. After an outpatient surgery that took 30 minutes, the surgeon released him within 4 to 5 hours later. My son had a release/ fit to travel letter via "land sea and air". The ship's doctor would not allow us to get back on the ship that night leaving us stranded in Nassau, with no luggage. We were not refunded for our cruise even though we had a fit to travel letter and a release from the doctor saying he was okay to go. Not only were we stranded in a foreign country with no luggage but we were not able to take our vacation. The rest of my family was able to sail on but my son and I were stranded for 2 days before going home. Read Less

We set sail on the 19th and purchased a Jr. Suite (room 8130). We paid a higher price point because we wanted not only comfort but also a relaxing few days away and the state of the room was the least of our problems. First off the room itself is just plain out old and could use a gutting and a rebuild. The bathroom smelled of urine/sewage every single day. No matter what was tried it was a consistent stench that lingered for the entire trip. The worst part however was the noise. What they do not tell you is that the Jr. Suite level is located right below the main deck where food and drinks are served. All day and night all you heard was chairs being moved above your head along with towel carts and running kids. Sleep was impossible and we did not get a lot of sleep the entire 4 nights. In addition, the noise made it impossible to nap so we walked around like zombies not relaxing at all. When I went to complain I was told I should "just get earplugs". I sent an email to Royal Caribbean and did not receive even a canned response back until I took to Twitter to notify them. While the staff on board did their best to fix the situation it is one that could have been avoided from the very start. Royal Caribbean should let customers know about the noise issues prior to booking or offer the room at a discounted rate. It is unacceptable that we paid a substantial amount of money including the rip off drink package only to have our entire trip ruined. The boat itself is in a sad state of disrepair with constant reminders of such everywhere you go. The theater itself has broken table all over the place and I would think a company that specializes in hospitality would be a bit more cognizant of the state of their ship. We will never again sail with Royal Caribbean and very well may never cruise again after this experience. Even after paying the higher price point and being taken advantage of Royal Caribbean's response was essentially "oh well, deal with it" I am actually speaking with an attorney as Royal Caribbean is booking rooms based on fraudulent and inaccurate information. Look elsewhere for another cruise line all together. This company is a disgrace. Read Less

My boyfriend and I took a cruise for my graduation and it was our first cruise and it was THE WORST experience on a vacation I have ever had. All of the employees on the cruise did not speak English even the managers! Our waiters barely understood what we would order and would often bring us the wrong food. CocoCay was a joke, if weather is bad there is absolutely nothing to do. Food was cold and they packed it up early. Employees have no concept of customer service. The food on the actual ship was so gross and one night they didn't even have a chef and gave left overs from other nights. The best meal we had was at the buffet. The events on board were a joke and all the music playing on the ship was not of interest to us at all. I felt like I threw money into the ocean honestly. We even bought the alcohol package because drinks are like 10-12 dollars a piece but I got seasick and couldn't utilize it because my throat got so sore on the second out of four days. The next day I tried to ask for a discount and the manager said it's the second to last day it's too late...the cruise is four days long! He offered a bottle of wine and I told him the whole point is that I cannot drink! He said the wine would be worth more then giving me a 10% discount on the package. My boyfriend said to just take the wine, however when I looked this bottle up it was an $8 bottle from Walmart!!! Literally the worst experience I have ever had! I will never cruise again and I will never recommend Royal Caribbean to anyone. Read Less

Food and restaurant service were sub par. I know this is a short cruise but my wife registered prior as a vegetarian and also asked for a birthday cake on our first night (my bday). Both were ignored. When a cake arrived on the last night, they sang to the wrong person at our table. There were four of us so you had a 50/50 chance at which guy had the birthday. I would think you would know us by day 3. My wife sent back a fish dish that looked like a 12 year old put it together from a frozen dinner. My steak was passible 2 of 3 evenings. I sent one back. Most of the sides were cold when served. Ship felt neglected in many basic maintenance ways. The Schooner lounge had several pictures that were lit by flickering lights. No one fixed them the entire time we were aboard. The morning of our departure, someone had finally fixed them. A video is worth more than I can say: https://youtu.be/g5Ky4Z1zZT0 Coco Cay was canceled due to rough weather. That is understandable but in addition the decks were closed as well. The entire guest compliment forced to stay indoors all day was challenging. I would have expected contingency planning but there seemed to be none. I would not take this ship/trip again. In the end, we made our own fun but looking back, it wasn't worth the cost. Read Less

we chose this cruise because we love royal Caribbean. The Enchantment of the seas really dropped the ball on this one. with the two times I found plastic in my food to all the restrooms out of order. the entertainment was horrible I had to play music on my phone while sun bathing because there was no DJ while the ship was docked. The waiting staff didn't care enough to ask us about of days just wanted us to eat and go. we never thought able changing cruise lines but are now looking into Disney cruises as our next cruise. port of calls were way to short we needed to be back on board by 4:30pm each day. I had one bar attendant who said I could by a drink package then his co worker then told me we couldn't so then he said we could do drink packages one per room but that turned out to be a lie also. Our room attendant was the only one we could tolerate she was a sweet heart. Read Less
