The crew was beyond wonderful. They are very attentive and friendly. Our stateroom was very clean and neat and our room attendant was outstanding in his service and friendliness. Our waiters were great and the food was really good. We enjoyed talking with our crew that we interacted with daily. Iurri and his asst waitstaff are top notch and warren was a lot of fun to joke around with and talk ...

Chops grill on this boat just isn’t good. Couldn’t get the steak cooked to temperature and was very uneven. Staff seemed to be irritated with us when it wasn’t right and we asked for new one. The main dinning room was great . And as always the casino was a winner for us. Main stage singers has great voices. The food and service and cleanliness was up to par overall. We didn’t take any kids ...

Great vacation with a few hiccups

My husband and I cruise frequently on Royal Caribbean. The service, staff, and cleanliness of the ship have always been excellent. We were especially pleased with our meal at Chops Grille. The food was as good as any high end steakhouse and the service was professional. There were a few hiccups. There are a few beverage machines machines, but they were often out of ice. Minor but annoying ...

I chose this cruise do to the location of the port. This was the first cruise for me and my daughter and I can not say enough good things about Enchantment of the Seas and Royal Caribbean. The Royal Caribbean team was awesome everywhere on the ship and at Cococay. We had no idea what to expect for our first cruise and were both amazed at how awesome it was. I have read many reviews that have ...

Fun but pitfalls to avoid

High Points: great bar staff, this itinerary has very late all aboard times, so we got to have huge full days! Low Points: 1: main dining room food is really terrible. We tried several different options, seafood, beef, pasta and Chicken. All truly terrible. We also got sat at a HUGE table by the door. There were two of us. It was kind of embarrass to have everyone staring at us going in ...

Not what was expected!

There were many factors that were not pleasing. As a first time cruse for me and my wife, I think we will try another cruse line for our next trip. Royal Caribbean was recommended to us by friends, and we lack the experience to compare, but it wasn't what we expected. 1). Our room smelled terrible when we first arrived. 2). Since we travelled alone we relied mainly on the photographers to take our ...

Enchantment of the Seas - 7/27 - 7/30

The inside of the ship was very clean and the majority of the staff was outstanding. Our cabin was kept very clean with fresh towels and ice delivered every day. The food in the main dining room was very good and the quality of food at the Windjammer was above average. As with other cruise lines, the bar/waiter staff on the pool deck is relentless. Most people want to spend their time by the ...

We would like to experience Royal Caribbean since this was not our first cruise and it was so much fun. Anyway we would like to experience a bigger and new ship. I missed more fun for teens but in overall it was ok Ship and navigation was perfect even when we passed a huge storm but it is a little old and there are some details you can notice specially when I compare with Norwegian ( we did two ...

Great first cruise! Impressive for one of the "small" boats :)

The boat was so much fun and I wish we had one more full day of cruising. It would have been nice to spend more time at CocoCay instead of Nassau. Next time I know to stay on the boat instead of walking around the Nassau shops. I wish I knew that you had to choose an embarkation time and reserve it. We didnt get on the boat until 1:30! and they started at 10:30. I thought it was first-come ...
