The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

I chose Royal Caribbean because of the places the "Enchantment of the Seas" was going and the ship looked beautiful online and from word of mouth Royal Caribbean is the better choice for my kids age. We went to 3 different islands which were great! The Royal Caribbean agent expressed how kid friendly the ship was and that there would be a lot of activities for the kids. My 17 year old ...

Great time but the enchantment is a 20 year old ship that needs to retire .

Food was pretty good. Not as much entertainment as I thought but overall good cruising experience. Old ship that could use some upgrades, or retire it. The main dining experience in my fair lady was nice. Our wait staff was very friendly. I do not feel there was as much entertainment on this cruise as compared to others. The pool side party was nice. The drinks were delicious and sometimes strong ...

This is my 3rd cruise (Navigator, Majesty, Enchantment) but the first for my son, my brother and parents. Some of the evening entertainment in the centrum was great but I felt onboard activities were otherwise limited. We stayed in the grand suite and the rest of my family in jr. suites. The cabins were really comfortable. They were well maintained and the concierge staff was really attentive. ...

We really enjoyed our time on this cruise, especially considering this was the first time we traveled with our 3 yoa. She absolutely loved it. I was a little stressed about leaving her with the Adventure Club, but it turned out to be an awesome experience for her and I would highly recommend it. The staff was awesome and we had a nice cabin (this was our first time doing an inside one, but it ...

Very Enjoyable - Good Not Great

SHIP - I knew going in that Enchantment was a little dated and in need of updating. It was as expected when I got on. I was expecting the worst leading up to the cruise as some of the reviews on here are very critical of the condition of the ship. I did not think it was that bad and certainly not anything that made my cruise experience less enjoyable. My biggest issue was the exterior appearance. ...

The ship has a terrible exterior! Its a rust bucket for sure! But you get what you pay for , its an older ship and has a lot of work that needs to be done if they want to continue to sail on it. Food was decent, nothing that really stood out. I think since they have a restaurant on board now they want you to spend MORE money and go there so the food became less quality. They closed 1 pool and 1 ...

We just returned from a 4 night cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas. I read several reviews and wasn't sure on what to expect. I was presently surprised and would take this same cruise again. I will admit that the ship is older and needs to be refurbished. However, it is clean and well maintained. The crew is considerably nice which goes a long way in my book. The cruise which we took was ...

Not Good

The ship needs major work. Rust spots everywhere, rooms very average and food was average. The snack menu for after hours eating was horrible. I brought 2 teen age grandchildren with me and the ship had very little for them to do. The shore excursion were a major disappointment. Its better to find your own than to pay the ridiculous prices they have. The shore excursions staff tell you one thing ...

Worth the extra for the extras

This is a perfect cruise for any first time cruisers. Though Nassau is getting rather run down and not worth the stop over unless you head to Atlantis and there you will spend a lot of money to do anything. Stick to a cruise excursion local vendor excursion was awful. We had the Royal Family Suite and the extras were worth it! Fantastic balcony, lots of room in the cabin, the special lounge ...

This was the first cruise for my family and I and we decided to start with Royal Caribbean since so many people told us how great they are. Unfortunately I did not enjoy much about this cruise. In short the customer service was lacking, the rooms smelled like pee and my curtains to the balcony had a huge hole, the entire ship had rust everywhere including my entire balcony, the food in the ...
