Went for a birthday celebration with 25 family & friends so a brief relatively inexpensive cruise was the goal. Ship was tired & in need of refurbishing. Felt crowded. Returning to ship from Key West, the staff was not ready. Water was empty and line were too long. Not enough staff for the return.
Any time some making was making a presentation from center on level 4, it was hard to hear. We were sitting on level four 30 away and could not under what we being said.
