The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Went for a birthday celebration with 25 family & friends so a brief relatively inexpensive cruise was the goal. Ship was tired & in need of refurbishing. Felt crowded. Cabin (7086) was smaller than I would have wished. But, plenty of storage space. Beds were just OK. A/C was excellent. Soundproofing was good. Food was plentiful but low mediocre. Surprisingly, best meal of the day was lunch. ...

I originally booked a cruise on Majesty of the Seas cruise over 10 months ago for a sail date of Feb 1 2018. They cancelled that date and I rebooked the 3 rooms I had reserved for Feb 5 201, 8, still Majesty of the seas from Cape Canaveral. October 2017 we were informed they were taking boat of the line, we chose to go on a cruise from Miami and our prices would be price protected. Enchantment of ...

Best trip I have ever had

We had a fantastic time on this cruise ship on our 4 day cruise. We had previously traveled to the Caribbean on ‘Adventure of the Seas’ and thought we might be disappointed on this older, smaller ship but this was not the case. Although it is an older ship, it makes up for it with charm. We loved the layout of the entertainment areas in the Centrum and the bars. It was a more intimate affair than ...

Returning to ship from Key West, the staff was not ready. Water was empty and line were too long. Not enough staff for the return. Any time some making was making a presentation from center on level 4, it was hard to hear. We were sitting on level four 30 away and could not under what we being said. People around us all agreed. We are all asking each what was said. Very poor ...

The party - Wife and I, mid 40s. Managed to leave the kids at home. We've been on about a dozen cruises mainly split among RCI and Carnival. I've finally come to the conclusion that RCI is better suited to us. Embarkation is Miami was a breeze. We just scrape platinum level, so that makes it a bit easier but embarkation seemed pretty smooth for everyone. The preceding cruise unladed a bit ...

Enchantment of the Seas delivered as promised . It is the perfect size ship for me . I like the smaller ships because we are always close to were the action is . The vessel was well maintained . The Ship was fully booked but was not at all crowded except for the WindJammer Buffet during peak times . We were able to find quite areas for reading and lounging and more upbeat areas when we wanted to ...

This cruise was a quick getaway to get some much-needed peace and quiet. It was very smooth getting on the ship. It took very little time to board. There was plenty of good hot food and room to eat it on-deck. We were able to go to our rooms right after lunch. Our bags arrived very soon after going to our room. We loved the view from our balcony. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was ...

My boyfriend and I took a cruise for my graduation and it was our first cruise and it was THE WORST experience on a vacation I have ever had. All of the employees on the cruise did not speak English even the managers! Our waiters barely understood what we would order and would often bring us the wrong food. CocoCay was a joke, if weather is bad there is absolutely nothing to do. Food was cold and ...
