First, good things.
The ship is pretty new and in very good shape. Stateroom was pretty good - generous size, plenty of storage. Embarkation procedure was pretty smooth.
Now, the bad stuff.

The ship is new and in vey good shape. The cabin (we had a balcony cabin on 11th deck) was of pretty generous size (larger than similar cabins on Princess or Norwegian, close to size of those on Holland America or Celebrity).

It often felt like we were cattle instead of on vacation. Granted, it WAS fourth of July week so the ship was to capacity. We chose this cruise because there was a lot of things for the kids to do. The entire wait staff was wonderful in creating menus for our grandson that needed gluten free meals.
