We had a fantastic time. The food was amazing and the staff is top notch. They really strive to make it a personal experience. All the hospitality staff, bar staff and servers knew our names. It really made you feel special.
They even helped organize a last minute massage in port when we didn't want to go on the excursion.

The Rhine River cruise is our second Viking Cruise. We previously enjoyed the Danube Waltz. We appreciate the Viking experience due to the great customer service from beginning to end. Viking is a great value for your dollar and the locations visited are wonderful! Never worried about safety during tours. We took the Budapest to Nurnberg direction in late-November/early-December stopping at Vienna, Krems, Passau and Regensburg and had cabin 228.
