Great trip!

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on MSC Divina

Just back from a lovely cruise vacation on Divina. Although no trip is ever 100 percent perfect, we had a wonderful time. Met some nice people, ate well, enjoyed a few drinks, had some good family time, relaxed, danced - just what we needed! We drove to Miami, parked at the port, and were on the ship within the hour, enjoying a delicious lunch at the buffet. Ship was beautiful, clean, and our ...

This was a first time MSC experience for my husband and I, as it was also our first Cruise departure out of Miami. Living in San Diego we have explored pretty much every port on the West Pacific. We flew into Fort Lauderdale as Jet Blue offered some great fares Long Beach to Fort Lauderdale. We took a red eye flight and arrived early in the morning, we had a hotel and their free shuttle picked ...

Wow, wow, wow! We had a great experience! Will definitely cruise with MSC from now on. Some background - we are early 50's, had a balcony cabin, the Bella experience (we don't drink & bought the non-alcoholic drink tickets & the water tickets - very happy with that), and traveled with a scooter & CPAP machine. I have to admit that before the trip I read some negative reviews, and was on the ...

My husband and I took this cruise to celebrate our 29th anniversary. The ship was beautiful! We were a little concerned about all the bad reviews we had read...but we didn't find any of those negative reviews to be true at all!!! To begin with MSC Divina upgraded us to a balcony cabin...which was fantastic! The cabin was spacious and the balcony was a perfect size...this made our celebration ...

First let me say, yes it is probably 1/2 American/Hispanic and 1/2 European, but hopefully you are not choosing a cruise line on the fact it is not all English Speaking folks. If that is the case you are probably not going to visit very many places. Of course we choose MSC because of the price. We were able to book two rooms for the price of one on other lines. I am a frequent visitor to Las ...

Worse trip ever

I chose this cruise line because of the price and itinerary. This trip should have been free for all I went through. There is no way I will ever go on this cruise line again. The only thing that was nice was some of the night entertainment. The food was just ok. I had not been on a real vacation in almost 10 years and I wish I had just stayed home. My original room was switched before I ...

My first cruise was incredible

It was my wife and I 20th wedding anniversary so we decided to take a cruise for 7 days. I was told by friends and family that we should have taken a 3 day cruise because it was our first and how we might become sea sick. Let me tell you that that was not the case at all. I will never take another cruise unless its 7 days. There was so much to do on the ship that anything less 7 days would be ...

We chose this cruise for the value and felt we received a bonus. The ship was beautiful and very clean. We found our service excellent. We had a great waiter in the dining room who never let our glasses go empty. The food was great. We had read some bad reviews of this cruise but didn't find any of the negatives on these reviews true to our cruise. We didn't notice any of the staff being ...

3 Generations Cruise, Mostly Good Experience

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on MSC Divina

The reasonable price got our attention so we thought we'd try a new cruise line. The itinerary was pretty good (with the exception of Nassau which is just ok). Our inside cabin was ok but there wasn't any type of chair except for a stool under the desk area. The ship was set up and decorated similar to many we've been on with the atrium area. The steps in the atrium area were very pretty and a ...

Lovely ship, just too many people

As this was our first cruise my husband and I decided to go to the Caribbean. MSC appeared to offer the best value. Embarkation was ok. Took around an hour and 15 mins. We were issued with our individual cards which were used throughout the cruise for all meals, drinks and getting on and off the ship. First impression of the ship was that it was a lovely design. The bars were very good. Great decor ...
