Well said Hoppysmom, got it spot on. This was our 28th cruise and first time on MSC. We were attracted by the very cheap deal, free drinks package and on board spend and we were curious to know why there were so many poor reviews. Cold food, poor service weird entertainment, theatre half empty most nights. We had a quick look and left - all been said already.

WE just did this Caribbean Cruise and found it a very uninteresting part of the world not worth the 20 odd hours of flying from Australia to get to Miami. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. Our time on the ship was very enjoyable. Loved the entertainment, best we have seen. Our cabin was very nice except for hearing chairs being moved around overhead between 5 and 6am.
