This was our 3rd cruise with MSC - we traveled on the Klove cruise in 2015, 2017, and this past January. This will be our last time with MSC - this past trip my husband and I traveled with my sister and her husband Here are my notes… Positive Boarding was much simpler Tarzon was very helpful at the customer service desk Negative Upon check in - sister & hubby were told ...

Never Again

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

My mother and I booked this cruise for my handicapped sister to enjoy. It was the K-Love cruise and I will say that the K-love staff and performers were the only positive experience. Everything else was absolutely awful. The staff was rude, aggressive, entirely unhelpful, and acted as though asking for a water was an inconvenience. The only place with free water was the ...

We picked this cruise because of price and timing, and we had cruised on this ship when it arrive in the USA the first time. We wanted to see if it was still as pretty as it was in 2012 and as fast and quite and it was. engine and ride is so smooth sometimes you don't know you are moving. Entertainment costumes were great on main stage, women singers out performed the men, they might need to ...

Very disappointing!!!

To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing. I looked forward to this cruise as it was a New Years cruise and I was very excited to the food and entertainment and the overall spirit of the New Years celebration. But I will start from the embarcation. We got a Balcony cabin and also an upgraded Auria package that entitled us to a priority boarding. We arrived to Miami Port 10 minutes ...

Cruise from Hell - I will NEVER cruise with MSC again!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

Embarkation: I truly felt sorry for the first time cruisers on this ship because it should not take 4 hours to embark onto a ship. But then I met other people who waited up to 10 hours to board the ship. That's insane!!! There was no communication or updates from workers. No water or snacks were provided. Everyone seemed incompetent and didn't know how to handle adversity. After waiting for 3.5 ...

Now that I am waiting to disembark the ship after an 18 day sailing on the MSC Divina I will leave you with my own personal review of this ship. Take it as a grain of salt like you would anyone’s review. We all have our own personal likes, dislikes, standards and personalities. Learn, get an idea and just go and have a great time on your vacation. Ok onto my own thoughts. EMBARKATION - ...

MSC Could Almost be Great with a Little Effort -

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

Sailing MSC makes you realize how some other lines really get it right. And what it's like when done wrong. The itinerary decided this try, and my brother in law sailed this very ship March 2023 for a short jaunt to ensure it was a good choice. He had a great 5 day Caribbean cruise so we were excited to try MSC for the first time on a special Christmas cruise. SUMMARY: I hope your family ...

First off. This is our first cruise together and my first cruise period. I am writing this 9 days into our 11 day Christmas cruise. Cabin: We purchased a inner cabin on level 10 near the front of the ship. For what we paid, it has been pleasant. Pillows are good. Bed a bit hard. Sounds travels from nearby cabins. Bathroom is adjustable shower door for greater space in the lui. Lots ...

Terrible Weather, Terrible Service

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

This was the first ever cruise for me and two of my close girl friends. We were so excited to get on a super nice cruise ship with the MSC Divina and spend the weekend cruising around the Bahamas. Unfortunately, the weather severely prevented us from doing so. We never ended up getting off of the boat for 4 days because the weather conditions were too terrible. This in itself was a huge ...

Worst cruise experience

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

Let me start off saying I never leave reviews for anything but this definite needed one. I got sick twice from the shrimp cocktail I served once in the dining room and the other at butchers cut. I threw up everything I ate the entire cruise. On the first day I got a burger that was undercooked. I could barely eat anything because the food was not tolerable. It takes a lot for me to say that ...
