Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on MSC Divina

We chose MSC because kids were free and we had heard what a beautiful ship it was, both of which were true, but that was about the extent of the pros of this cruise. This ship has the worst customer service of any I have been on (We have been on 13 cruises, mainly Royal or Norwegian). They seem VERY disorganized on everything, the buffet area is extremely crowded and poorly designed. The ship as ...

Great Time with the Kids

We had some high expectations for having both a great family cruise with our kids - ages 3 and 5, and some relaxing alone time for us parents. The ship is beautiful and the balcony cabin we all shared was great and spacious enough for us and all our excess stuff. Service was great all around. Very friendly. The entertainment was outstanding, particularly loved the Pirate and The Mask ...

Beautiful ship with bad service

After sailing for several times on Princess I wanted to try MSC, hoping it would be similar experience that I got used to on Princess. It wasn't. Ship is beautiful and pristine what comes to maintenance and cleanliness. Unfortunately MSC is lacking in professional and friendly service, limited seating options 'for two' at dining rooms and overall falling short to create 'quiet and relaxing' cruise ...

Loved every minute; amazing boat

Loved the boat from start to finish. Travelled from England for my birthday and had a few reservations about the size and amount of people on board but all was great. The Embarkation was the smoothest I have had and the Disembarking was the same. The boat is immaculate everywhere the toilets on all the decks are cleaned all the time when you look at the amount of people who use them everyday to ...

Their Status match Loyalty program is great. The ship is beautiful not a bit of rust anywhere. The best shows we've ever seen and we have a 1000+ nights at sea. Service was excellent. Food very good. The high speed Internet was very reasonable at $89 for the entire cruise. Very smooth sailing. Each of us were given Champagne, fruit tray, chocolate covered strawberries, a specialty dining ...

A very nice cruise

Well we are back from our MSC Divina cruise. May 20-27th. We chose this cruise for the sail port and value offered. The yacht club perks were fantastic. Most days we had the pool and whirlpool to ourselves. Top Sail Lounge, very nice snacks, drinks and service, but no music. We used Pandora at the pool. We would try YC again. The only problem was with the food at Le Muse. They need lots of ...

I was invited for a Seminar At Sea to learn more about MSC Cruises. Embarkation was a little crazy with long lines not moving to fast. That may be something they have to work on. Upon entering the Divina, you definitely notice the Italian flavor of the ship. It is just beautiful. The Swarovski staircase is amazing. Our balcony cabin was typical of all balcony staterooms. The bathroom ...

First time on MSC - tried out The Yacht Club Experience

Our daughter and two of her friends were looking to book on NCL or MSC on those specific dates. We were considering going with them until daughter suggested otherwise. I had been wanting to cruise "upscale" in a suite and thought that The Yacht Club was well priced compared to other alternatives. It also allowed us to get together with our daughter when we both finished out cruises. They ...

What can I say? This is our second cruise on the Divina and she only gets more divine each time! Embarkation was super smooth and felt very fast. We arrived around 11am and were on board a little after noon. We had a blast meeting people in line as we waiting to be cleared by the US folks and get up to the MSC area. The staff who gave us our cruise cards were wonderful. There was music ...

The professionalism this cruise ship brought to the table made the difference!!!! Over the last 10 years i have been on many cruises and this cruise has got to be one of the best ones my family and i have enjoyed. The embarkation was amazing... Less than an hour versus royal c over an hour. Not only is the ship beautiful, but they are super clean! The rooms were top notch and i took my 6 month old ...
