Beautiful ship. Much confusion about what was and not included In the drink package Most bar Staff were very nice a few not so much. We ate in upper Black Crab. Our Servers, Ramauldo and Duncan the very best we have had since a river cruise. They could not do enough for our party of 6. Food was hit or miss in dining room. Overall enjoyed the Cruise very much. We will most ...

Forewarned is forearmed

We had been warned by our travel agent that this was an Italian cruise line and things would be different, especially the meals. She was right. The Divina is a beautiful ship. Embarkation was smooth and went quickly. The staff was polite but not overly friendly. They do not seem to interact with the passengers like staff on other cruise lines. Of all the cruises we have been on, we saw ...

10 nights on the Divina

MSC is a wonderful cruise line. I was on a casino comped cruise and at first very excited to have a room assigned to me on the 13th floor. Only one floor down from the buffet. Although the ship is very beautiful and our interior room was nice, it was noisy from the overhead buffet and a storage closet next door that had carts banging together during the night. On the 4th night we heard water ...

First time MSC

I believe you make the cruise/experience and the ship is there to enhance that experience. In this case MSC has some work to do if they want to attract a broader audience, especially the western cruiser. Ship is nice, but needs some modern touches. Staff/crew work hard and at times seemed like some areas were simply understaffed. Food was just average with little variety from day to day. With any ...

Room much smaller that we were told.

This was the 10 night cruise on Nov 8th. We were disappointed in the misrepresentation of the room size when we booked our cruise. Both MSC website and our travel agents website Vacationstogo.com showed a larger room with sofa. Had we known that the room would be smaller and without a sofa then we would have book another room. This was brought to the attention to front desk staff and ...

I uploaded all of the daily planners I took pictures of do you have an idea of what to expect. The ship is beautiful, but I didn't come to look at the beautiful ship. The entertainment on the ship was not for us. The main shows at night were singers with background dancers. Many of the songs were not in English, which we understand because it is a European cruise line, but we didn't sit ...

Divina is Stunning, Big and Fun

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on MSC Divina

The ship is glamorous and full of bling. Guests are mostly European. They seem to have more fun than on American ships. The nightlife jumps. The Divina is immaculate and the service is excellent. Announcements are in five languages and the menu international. We were in the Yacht Club. It’s simply wonderful. This is our second time and we are booked for third. The main ship is much ...

Chose this 10 day cruise because of the great price and sailing to ports we had not been to before. We traveled with another couple and really enjoyed ourselves. We are all over 50 and found we really liked the layout of the ship and all the ports. You could really get a lot of steps in on this ship! The exercise room looked great but I didn’t use it. Some people will complain that The ship docked ...

Everthing you asked for such ad wash clothes I will bring tomorrow, Ice I will do tomorrow. Glasses for champagne tomorrow I bring hold it you brought the champagne. This was my second cruise with the MSC Divina and the main aim was to recharge my batteries and I most certainly did that! The highlights for me were: 1. the beautiful islands, the wonderful sceneries and their people - Nassau Bahamas was my favourite island (third visit) 2. we decided not to go on excursions on this trip and explored each island at leisure, which ended up being ...
