I should warn you....this will be a very in-depth review as I found it difficult to get good info on MSC when we were planning our cruise. I am hoping this will answer questions for everyone...especially US people who may not have heard of MSC. This was my 18th cruise, I am a 47 year old female, 1st time on MSC. Sailed Carnival, RCCL, Norweigen, Holland America and Disney. We did the ...

Had a wonderful time on my first MSC, the Seaside so booked the Divina. Was very disappointed in several things on the ship.... yet I did meet many very nice staff..... but.... never received any of the scheduled/promised events, including the Cruse Critic meet and greet... the "Black Card" party nor the "Voyager". There were NO upgraded amenities... not even a "bar" of soap. My cabin ...

Clean ship. Service in dining room super slow. Food adequate, not great. Took 2 hours for breakfast one morning. Luckily it was a sea day. Be careful in the islands. Some people on our ship had an incident in Antigua. Google it. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Beach at Tortola was nice. Favorite port is St. Maartens. Nice beach. Room was bigger than expected. Good ...

Best cruise value for balcony cabin including drink package. Service in the Black Crab Dining Room excellent. Our waiter and crew anticipated our needs before we asked. The food was selection was more Mediterranean than we've had on other ships but excellent options and we enjoyed trying a few new things. We tried the dining room for both breakfast and lunch as well and enjoyed the menu selection. ...

This was a family cruise with 22 people. I was very sceptical after all threw bad reviews. EMBARKATION: was very quick. Room was beautiful but could have been cleaner. I'm a clean freak and parts of the corner if the floor weren't very well cleaned. The main parts were cleaned daily. I like the bathroom better then Carnival and Princess due to the shower having glass doors that fold ...

First the good. This is the second time we have been on MSC Divina. She is a large vessel that is absolutely beautiful in design and appointments. She also seems to be extremely well maintained and is kept super clean and well painted. The carpets are clean, the glass and light fixtures are clean (something I notice) and the ship is well lit. Embarkation for us was a big improvement this ...

Nice Cruise With Plenty of Room For Improvement

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

I am currently on the MSC Divina as we head back to port in Miami. Would I cruise with MSC again? Probably not. While the price was right and the ship is beautiful there is plenty of room for improvement. I'm going to give each a category a rating from 1-10 with some comment. This is my 4 cruise but my first one with MSC. Ship: 10 Embarkation: 7 (Long lines) Balcony Cabin: 7 (Nicely ...

This was a casino certificate from Mohegan Sun Casino in CT. We decided to upgrade to the Yacht Club after reading other reviews of MSC. I’ll try to break it down into areas. Due to an ice storm, we had to change our flight from Sunday, day of embarkation to Saturday. We had been on a layover in Baltimore-Washington for about 7 hours and had to stay in a pretty awful (last min. booked) hotel ...

MSC DIVINA REVIEW SAILING 1/20/19 As far as the gambling on your ship the points system is not straight and forward as it was on my visit on the msc seaside where if you play any machine it would be 2 or 3 dollars a point. now on the devina that only happens if you play max coins if not most machines are 8 to 10 dollars a point very deceiving at this rate to get a free cruise certificate you ...

Great birthday cruise on MSC Divina

We decided to go on a cruise for my wife's 60th birthday and overall, we had a blast! This is our third cruise and first time on MSC. We had a great time on this cruise, and I would definitely cruise with MSC again. The value is hard to beat! Embarkation was ok in Miami… generally smooth. We stood in line to get our cruise card (maybe 30 minutes), and then had to wait seated in a lobby… maybe ...
