Had a wonderful time on my first MSC, the Seaside so booked the Divina. Was very disappointed in several things on the ship.... yet I did meet many very nice staff..... but.... never received any of the scheduled/promised events, including the Cruse Critic meet and greet... the "Black Card" party nor the "Voyager". Clean ship.
Service in dining room super slow. Food adequate, not great.
Took 2 hours for breakfast one morning. Luckily it was a sea day.
Be careful in the islands. Some people on our ship had an incident in Antigua. Google it. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Beach at Tortola was nice. Favorite port is St. Maartens. Nice beach.

Best cruise value for balcony cabin including drink package. Service in the Black Crab Dining Room excellent. Our waiter and crew anticipated our needs before we asked. First the good. This is the second time we have been on MSC Divina. She is a large vessel that is absolutely beautiful in design and appointments. She also seems to be extremely well maintained and is kept super clean and well painted. The carpets are clean, the glass and light fixtures are clean (something I notice) and the ship is well lit.

I am currently on the MSC Divina as we head back to port in Miami. Would I cruise with MSC again? Probably not. While the price was right and the ship is beautiful there is plenty of room for improvement. I'm going to give each a category a rating from 1-10 with some comment.
