We've done about 8 Celebrity cruises since 1997 and this was the first time I've done a holiday cruise and first time on the Reflection. This may sound snobby, but Celebrity tends to draw a more "sophisticated crowd" and because they claim "modern luxury", I look for refined service and food.
Lot's of "hits" a few "misses" and a few- needs improvements.

The cruise was full of the holiday crowd. It is good to have our balcony cabin for quiet time. The library and Sky lounge are also not as crowded as the pool and sun decks.
Pros:
The ship is well cared for by the friendly cabin and general crew.
The quality of food is excellent. There is ice cream, lemonade, coffee/tea, and snacks available most of the day.

First time we were away for Christmas and choose Celebrity because we love the line. Service was great as usual although there were a few hiccups in the MDR a few nights, but that is to be expected considering it was Christmas.
