This is a fabulous ship, beautifully decorated, easy to find your way, great cabins and bathrooms, wonderful toiletries. Friendly and hardworking staff, superb entertainment! We never miss a show because they are so professionally done with excellent musicians, lighting and staging. Guest acts are all first rate as well. Lots of variety of musical acts around the ship. Great food, specialty ...

After reading previous reviews and deciding this was the ship for our Christmas cruise, we were not disappointed. Had great food, helpful and friendly staff, quality entertainment, and a beautiful veranda stateroom. Our aft cabin was quiet, and we could easily access the elevator for breakfast in the Oceanview Café each morning and the Opus Restaurant for evening dining, if we preferred. We had ...

I have gone on Celebrity holiday cruises for the last 5 years and this one was the last. The quality of everything went down, especially FOOD. I used to be an loyal celebrity cruises , until now. I was so disappointed with the quality of the food in the dining room and the buffet. Our room was concierge class and it was as expected. Entertainment was actually very good, better than previous ...

did a Celebrity crusie last year over the holiday's and it was a fantastic cruise with the exception of the internet, it was basically non existent due to the ship (Eclipse) system and the number of holiday ships around the area so I'm told. was also told the system on Reflection was superior and I would not have same issue as last year and to their credit so far that is the case internet working ...

First time cruisers already booked for another!

We chose this cruise for the Demi Lovato concert which ended up being the only disappointment of the cruise. Demi was amazing but we booked months in advance to get VIP and meet & greet tickets and were excluded from the meet & greet. Very misleading and disappointing for all the money spent. The ship itself was incredible and the staff were amazing, especially our waiter Onofre. We had an ...

We went over Christmas and Chanukah. And the ship staff and crew did a great job of recognizing both. Celebrating Chanukah the ship prepared Latkes and sufganiots each night along with Manachevitz wine, and even provided a Rabi for nightly services.Very nice touch ! Entertainment and food was very diverse with new shows every night. We even had a Demi Lovato show on shore on St Marteen. What a ...

Being loyal Princess cruisers we wanted to experience the "Celebrity Difference" for ourselves. I was simply amazed at the level of service for this "Christmas" cruise. The embarkation was easy and the methodology of check-in was good. The Miami local staff is much different from the ship crew and the Reflection service staff. The levels of service are different as the shore crew are Miami people ...

First time we were away for Christmas and choose Celebrity because we love the line. Service was great as usual although there were a few hiccups in the MDR a few nights, but that is to be expected considering it was Christmas. The bar service was terrific and the ship was clean the steward service was great. Pool stewards however need to enforce the rules, there were several loungers that ...

We arrived in Miami on Friday night and spent the night at a hotel near the airport. I had arranged a car service to bring us to the port at 10:30 am Saturday morning. The driver was on time and all bags were loaded in and we were on the road around 10:35. No traffic in Miami on Saturday morning sot made great time. Car pulled up to the curb and all five bags taken away and not seen again until ...

We are avid Celebrity cruisers but this was our first time on the Reflection. We opted to spend the night prior to embarkation in Miami (we stayed at the Marriott Marquis and it was quite nice--very close to the port). The Uber fare/mile was much cheaper than the cab fare/mile. Our arrival time at the port was about 1045 and they were processing people to board. NOTE: my parents arrived at ...
