Exceeded Expectations

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

Just home from a 9 night Italy, France cruise on the Reflection. The staff, the cleanliness of the ship and the dining all exceeded my expectations. I was traveling solo, but I was never alone. The dining staff always sat me near others so conversation was easy and the staff were calling me by name by the third night. I had a Sunset balcony concierge class cabin. Aris was very professional and ...

A rapacious company after your money!

We have sailed with Celebrity a number of times but this time I was amazed at their money grabbing approach. After we have paid for the cruise they then ask for unseen charges. For example Wifi was 222.27 US dollars per week or 25 dollars per hour. They also expect you to pay your cabin attendant their wages amounting to 17.50 $US a day per person, or $US 244 dollars per couple, per week.(All ...

Exceptional Transatlantic Cruise

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

This was our third cruise on Celebrity, two on Eclipse and now Reflection. For the 2018 cruise around the British Isles, our last pre-Covid, we had a Sky Suite and for this cruise we had a two-room Celebrity Suite. The benefits of Suite class are outstanding and for us, in our late 70's, mandatory. They include the Premium Drink Package, Premium WiFi, Luminae and Michael's Club, concierge and ...

Disappointing Transatlantic

WE have sailed with Celebrity many times before and have previously enjoyed an excellent cruise. This is the first time sailing with them since Pandemic and wow, what a difference! The ship was only half full and that was the only benefit as far as I was concerned, no queues! Standards have fallen to an all time low with little or no consideration to the demographics of the passengers. ...

Celebrity Disappoints…..

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

We’ve been long time loyal Celebrity Cruisers, but our current cruise has been lack luster on almost every imaginable level. What was once a strong dining experience is now mundane and in most cases the food lacks not just originality but taste! The buffets were at best disgustingly mediocre, all but Tuscan Grill specialty restaurants were similar. Not sure if this is just Reflection or if ...

Great trip on the Reflection April 16 Except for the Covid

What a great cruise! This was our eighth cruise and it didn't disappoint. Boarding couldn't have been easier. We had the 11:00-11:30 time slot. We got to the ship at about 10:50 and were checking out our room by 11:30. That delay was because of customs holding up the show for about 20 minutes. The ship was very clean and bright and the staff were constantly keeping up with any issues that might ...

Could have been better

My family stayed in a sky suite (S1) for the 4/9/23 sailing. The cabin overall was very nice and spacious. Our cabin steward was amazing. There were a couple of things that were missing and should be improved - one is the fact that there was only one electrical outlet in the cabin and the other was there was no place to hang and dry swimwear. There was no clothesline in the shower and we are ...

Wanted to cruise to places we have not visited & try a different cruise line. Did the all included package of WiFi & Drinks. When compared to Royal's al a carte style this was a better value. We also had a balcony cabin on deck 9. Embarkation: We had done all of the pre-embarkation items on the App. Boarding time was scheduled for 11am. Arrived at the terminal around 10:30. Check in took ...

Just got off the Reflection and it was a great week. As usual celebrity is one of the best. Ice bar, luminee, tuscan grill some of the best at sea. We were lucky to be in a royal suite with our 2 daughters and it was a blast. Plenty of room and the second bathroom was great for the four of us. This is our six celebrity since August 2021. All have had a fantastic boarding process until this one. ...

Long-time Royal cruisers - first time on Celebrity. Very, very impressed. The ship itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Our suite was large and spacious. The shows were spectacular. But the thing that really stood out was the staff. They were amazing. Every aspect of the cruise featured exceptional service. Our room attendant and butler took great care of us and we literally never ...
