Fabulous Reflection

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

I chose this cruise because I love Celebrity, I love Silhouette Class and I wanted a short cruise as I was cruising solo. The ship is just simply beautiful, the staff are great and all levels of accommodation are upscale. The food in the main dining room was so delicious I did not feel the need to try the speciality restaurants. I’ll do that on another cruise! There was one special place I ...

Mediocre food, 3rd rate entertainment, not a great experience

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

The ship is relatively new, clean and well staffed. Our cabin was pretty much standard for concierge class booking. The problem was the dining. The Buffet was very unappetizing, the food was greasy, fatty, and basically not very good. The main dining room was adequate but not anything special. The variety was poor and not well prepared. All of the meat was well done no matter how you ordered it. I ...

TRIP REPORT – Celebrity Reflection – 12/8/17 to 12/18/17 Concierge Cabin 1091 – excellent location Embarkation – Awful. Arrived at 11 or so and headed to Concierge line without checking to see how long standard entry line was. Only 6 cashiers for Concierge line so we had a very long wait. We were a bit disappointed at appearance of Reflection both inside and outside. Expected ...

This was our first cruise on Reflection after cruising on the Silhouette 3 times. The ships are very similar which was nice. The embarkation was a bit longer than we have previously encountered in the Port, but once on the ship our relaxing vacation began with the welcoming glass of champagne. Once are cabin was ready I was very happy to see how clean the room was and our luggage was delivered ...

We chose this sailing as we had booked it 2 years ago and had to fly home after 2 days due due to a family illness, we chose Aquaclass having twice sailed at that level before and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience in the Blu Restaurant. Overall we enjoyed our cruise meeting some interesting people some of whom we remain in touch with but there were disappointments especially the dining ...

Celebrity Reflection Ultimate Caribbean 12/8-12/18 2017 PREPARATION: I did a lot of research, or so I thought, prior to booking this cruise. My only other cruise was on Holland America Eurodam in 2011, great cruise, we really enjoyed it. I started doing my research 1 year in advance. Initially we booked on Princess, but due to some scheduling issues we canceled that cruise and ...

The Celebrity Reflection is one of the finer ships on the sea. We just completed our 56th cruise with Celebrity, about 90 cruises with 15 cruise lines altogether. For years we looked forward to the day we would achieve Celebrity's top tier loyalty category of Zenith. Finally did it about two years ago. On this our 56 Celebrity cruise we were treated pretty much like first timers. The very thing ...

excellent food and service. good comedians and one outstanding musical act, uptown. the productions shows and performers were mediocre! our waiter and assistant were very accomodating as was our cabin steward and sommelier. loved the cruise director. our cabin was fine and we enjoyed the proximity to guest relations and the opus dining room. the cantor hired by the cruise line really was ...

What an adventure! Our trip began in Tallahassee on December 7 as we drove to Ft. Lauderdale. We stayed at the Marriot Residency Inn in Dania Beach (a 10-minute drive to the port). The hotel is fairly new and we enjoyed our stay. We had an excellent fish dinner at the Rendezvous Restaurant at the marina about a mile from the hotel (one of our favorite spots). For the convenience, we parked ...

We choose this cruise for the ports and also wanted to try an 11 day (have always done 7 day). This was our 2nd Celebrity Cruise. Our first was in 2001. Since then we've done 3 Princess, 2 RCL, 1 HAL, 1 NCL. We were excited to return to Celebrity.... and unfortunately have to say we were disappointed. Good: Beautiful ship. Easy embarkment (there was a delay due to a norwalk outbreak ...
