We have travelled several times with the Costa. Always with great satisfaction, but this ship is really awful. Crowded with shouting and screaming children. What a terrible noisy and badly runned ship. Everything is concentrated on the Italians, while there are so many different nationalities on board. But that does not count on this ship. First time with Costa Cruises. The ship and accommodation was magnificent. The entertainment in the theatre and by the Latin dance team was excellent. Room cleaning was good. Bar waiters do not harass you to buy drinks, they ask once and place a napkin on your table to signify to other waiters that you have been dealt with.
However, I thought Costa let themselves down in several ways.

We have been on about 5 cruises before this one and i can honestly say that this was WORSE then any other.
