We had a blast on our very first cruise ever. The Carnival Breeze was so great, we loved the amenities the layout of the ship and the service. The food was really good, not the best I’ve ever had in the world but I never had a complaint and I’m a pretty picky eater. We were looking forward to having our son spend some time in the kids program but we were having so much fun with our group none ...
Been to Jamaica, GC & Cozumel before. This was better this time. The shore excursions have really increased so I didn't go to a beach like I wanted. But I enjoyed the stopover anyway. The meals were pretty good. Better than in years past. But don't waste your time at the Steakhouse. The service & décor is superb, but they might as well be serving shoe leather!
Won't fall for that again. ...
Very nice time on the Breeze. Service was very good, as was the food in the main dining room. We had early dining. As far as the pay for dining we did both the Italian and Japanese restaurant, both were excellent! We had a bit of rough seas, so our excursions were either canceled or really rough going. Not the cruises fault. We never even make it in to Cayman Island because of the seas.

This was the fifth cruise for our family of 5 with 3 young sons (4, 7 and 9) but our first time on the Breeze. We've previously sailed on the Sunshine (twice), Glory, and Fantasy. My first impression of the Breeze was the decor-I LOVED the more muted and modern look of the ship. I also noticed very quickly that it was larger than any of the ships we had sailed on previously-this was also noticed ...
I've previously been on the Carnival Liberty and Freedom. While they were both good ships, the Breeze was amazing! Even though it's a large ship, it didn't feel cramped with people. We were able to get into the Comedy Club with little fanfare. The food was great, the rooms were clean and the Spa was fantastic. I'm a dude, but I'd highly recommend getting their Spa membership thing at the start of ...
Just back from the Carnival Breeze. If you are travelling with young children for the first time, I'd select the deck 1. Low motion. My kids are 9 DS and Twin DD 7. It was there first cruise. Our DS was motion sick the 2nd day and did not eat much dinner as he was afraid of being sick again. That said he had a great time and my 3 kids made friends.
My hubby cut the back of his head in our room ...
We were on the Breeze 8 days to Grand Turk, Puerto Rico, St Kitts, and St. Maarten
This was our third cruise on Carnival. We went with 16 other family members.
We had a great time
The ship itself was great. We enjoyed all of the areas and activities. My kids loved the water slides, hot tubs, mini golf, and thrill theater. The older kids liked the ropes course. The adults liked to ...
For all you who have read negative reviews about this fabulous vacation, please tell those people to get a REAL problem! Our experience was FANTASTIC! I have cruised before, usually Royal Carib. and I was concerned about going on a Carnival cruise, when in fact I guess VIP:) When they say Fun Ship, they truly meant it. My face still hurts from smiling so much and having so much ...
This was my fourth cruise with Carnival and the second on a Dream class ship. I flew into Miami the day before the trip, this flight was not booked through the Cruise Line. Spent the night the Comfort Inn Miami Airport North. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port.
The embarkation process in Miami is crowed, the layout of the security area is congested and feels ...
Ship- was nice and clean. Had no issues.
Food- breakfast was good. Lunch was excellent with a large variety of things to eat.
Especially liked Guy's burger joint and the taco bar. Dinner was ok. Buffet was average. Pizza was actually pretty good.
Ports- 3 out of 4 were great!
Grand Turk- awesome. Was great to get off the ship and walk a short ways to a great beach and pool area ...
