The good:
-Room steward for our Stateroom 61** (Yurid?) was outstanding.
-Tamarind restaurant - Bonita and Ing Ing were five star servers

I am incredibly disappointed with HAL. I have traveled multiple times with this line and was always delighted.

Awful! We had so many issues too numerous to name on this ship. We have said on 7 cruises and this was by far the worst. Seaview pool is not adults only. kids were there. I traveled on this cruise as a chartered cruise. While most of the crew was friendly, my previous 3 cruises on HAL were much better.
